Forms - Why are fields blank and how to add a signature field

I created forms using FormsCentral and saved the PDF and I'm not collecting responses. I have clients fill out the form and email back to me. Some forms come back blank, making me think the person didn't fill out or save the form correctly, but when you put the cursor in the field you can see the information, so the form is totally useless. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it from happening? I read online about turning off the "Highlight Color" in the Form Preferences but this doesn't work.
The second question is about adding a signature field to a form created using FormsCentral. I couldn't figure out how to do it.

FormsCentral doesn't support digital signatures. You can add digital signature fields using Acrobat, but you'll have to collect the forms outside of FormsCentral.
The blank field problem is most likely due to people using Preview on a Mac to fill-in and save the form. Preview corrupts PDF forms and other types of PDFs in a number of ways and should be avoided. What you can do with such forms though is to open them in Acrobat, export the form data to an FDF or XFDF file, open a blank form, and import the form data you just exported, and save. If you exported the submission-enabled PDF form from FormsCenrtral, you will have to remove the usage rights in order to import/export the form data. You do this in Acrobat by selecting: File > Save A Copy

It's possible to set up your signature on the Desktop such that it can be simply dragged into the Camera icon's "From the Web" field...
1. Right click on an already posted pic
2. Choose "Open Link in New Tab"
3. From the address bar of that new tab, drag the URL's favicon (little icon) to your Desktop whereupon an "@" icon will be created
The above only has to be done once, and then to use that image in future posts...
1. Click the Camera icon
2. Click "From the Web"
3. Drag the URL's "@" icon from your Desktop to the URL field and click Insert Image

Help - How To Add Email Account To ITunes

I’ve added a Gmail account to my iPhone (original model using iTunes 7.7 & OS 2.0) and Entourage and Mail applications. It works fine in both applications and the iPhone.
My problem is that it does not appear in the list of my older mail accounts in iTunes when I sync my iPhone. It appears that iTunes does not recognize the newly added Gmail account even though it is fully functional.
Does anyone know how to add an email account to iTunes so that its settings will be synced?

I am having the same problem. Two mail accounts on the computer but none show up in itunes. They did the first time I synced the phone and now they are gone, unfortunately the first time i synced I didn't sync the mail accounts and on the second sync I was going to set up the mail accounts but they've vanished. Very strange. I've searched and have seen another post on this problem, but no solution.

The list of cost centers in which the activity type is planned is given in KL02 under planning data. In order to add a new cost center to this, you need to enter the activity type in transaction KP26 for a particular year.
Goto transaction KP26
Give version - 0
from period 1 to 12
year - 2011
cost center - mention the cost center
Activity type - mention activity type
goto overview screen F5 and add the plan price for the activity in the cost center. This step will automatically add new row in the activity type control data.

Hi,
Yes, we have options to add digital signature to the pdf. We have one attribute called "Permissions" in "cfpdf" tag. If we provide permissions = 'AllowSecure', then system would allow digital signature for that pdf.

When a signature is applied in Acrobat/Reader, it forces a Save As. Otherwise it can't work.

I can't add email accounts on my Ipad 2. When I select Settings, Email-Contacts-calendar the Ipad returns to the begin screen. I don not get any possibility to select an email provider or add an account. Just the begin screen.

iphone does support hotmail, but Windows Mail (Windows Vista) does not support Hotmail. you also need to have a subscription to hotmail (aka windows live)....they no longer allow IMAP/POP access w/ free accounts. i purchased the Hotmail Plus subscription for 19.95 yearly ($1.66/month) - this is the cheapest one.
here are the Hotmail settings for iphone:

How To Add A Signature To Your Posts

1. Log into the Forum.
2. Now, at the right pane, below your user name, click on My Account.

I need to add a .bmp (electronic signature) to the bottom of my Crystal PO form. I want to use .bmp files located in a specific folder. I see a Format graphic option and an area to enter a location, but can't seem to get it to work. How do I insert a picture that is not just inserted into the form, but rather use a specific .bmp file in a specific location. I need to put in an electronic signature of different people based on certain criteria. Is there a way to do this?

1. First, you need to have a default picture. I normally have an empty .jpg , let's call it Empty.jpg
2. Assuming you insert different signature .bmp based on in VendorCountry
3. Following this steps:
- Insert Empty.jpg into the PO fom
- right click on the picture in crystal report, and click Format grapic
- In the picture tab, you can find the field Graphic Location
click on the blue pen on the right, then put in the condition as you want.
If VendorCounty = 'US' then
C:\abc.jpg
else if VendorCounty = 'AU' then
C:\zzz.jpg
else
c:\empty.jpg

Well, to answer my own question ... it seems Perian does work in 10.3.9, at least for this movie, despite what it says on the website. I tried installing it, and the .mov version of the video opens and plays just fine. Perhaps this will be of use to someone.
