How to commit only 1 EO out of 2 in Application Module

Hi All,
I am working on Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5.
Now i have one Application Module , two EO's :- EmployeesEO and DepartmentEO and individual VO's for them. And i have two pages.
Each of the page, i am showing both the VO'S , like Employee Data and Department Data which is updateable.
But for the particular page , i need to commit only for the one EO.
Like if page 1 is there, then when i use the Commit Operation then it should commit only the Employee Data and if i have Page 2 then when i use the commit operation then it should commit only the Department Data.

I'm not sure, but...
For an entity that does not want to be commited, before commit() call, try to do following:
    getDbTransaction().removeTransactinListener(this);
    getDbTransaction().removeTransactionPostListener(this);
    // after commit(), addTransactionPostListener(...);..or.. you can play with EntityImpl.setPostedToDB()

How to view only select images out of a collection of digitized slides

I have not yet purchased adobe photo software. Which version is the simplest to accomplish what I want to do and is it simple? Or do I even need photo software. I have digitized my 50 years of slides. They are in large folders on the computer. Each folder is labelled only with a time period. Each image was corrected via MS Photo Gallery and then tagged or labelled with who or what, where and when.
How can I best send them out to the children to view on their computers but with a way for them to select and view only the ones they are interested in out of the thousands. Like " Diana" or "Grand Canyon 2010". We are 75 and not very computer literate yet. We have done this once now and want to take the next step to make it a user friendly resource for our kids and grandchildren

Certainly, Lightroom or Photoshop Elements will do this. As far as I know, the freeware Picasa should be able to do this as well. If you are not very computer literate, you probably would want to start with Picasa.
If your needs are no more complicated than described above, you could also use your operating system to search for keywords. Of course, if you need other features from photo software, then your operating system isn't sufficient.

How to "commit" only certain lines of code in the script file?

Is there a way to execute only certain lines of code in the script file without executing all the code in it. Wihtout using the comment syntax.
e.g: there are lines to create views and in the next set of line there are lines to create procedures. I only want to execute the lines that create views.

another workaround is to create a procedure that accepts parameters. such that the parameter will be the basis for what objects in your conditions that it should met to perform the operations that conform with your business rules. an example is given below.

here we need to give the locators(it is number) whenever the cursor goes to next record it vil automatically incremented by 1(i wrote query for incremetation) and previous one vil be stored in database.

The commit should be done by the form, or whatever raises the business event.
The API fires the event in the same transaction (unless the subscription is deferred), and then the commit is issued. This commits the transaction, and all actions of the event subscription.
If the subscription is deferred, then the concurrent request which processes the subscription will issue the commit on completion.

The movie had gotten to the point that I could watch it all the way through but it still said processing and got stuck at that point and when I turned off the wifi to try to restart it, it deleted its-self but did not free up any of the storage It was taking up
Restarting my iPad does not help
Some thing similar also happened to my old laptop when trying to download the iOS 5 update to my laptop when it came out. It kept getting disconnected and every time it would try to start over and act like what had already been downloaded was not there though it was still taking up the storage space.
And it continued repeating until it took up all of my storage space. The data file would not show up anywhere so I had to restore my laptop to the factory settings and that worked for awhile but I eventually had to get a new laptop.

Did you try to set it up as new device, as explained in this article?

If this does not work, use iTunes to set it back to factory settings, which would also install the latest software:

How can I deploy only one package out of a big project?

Does any one know how can I only deploy one package out of a big project?
We have a project which includes about 12 differenct packages. Is there a way in Jdeveloper for me to create a deploy profile to only deploy one package to a *.jar file?
Do I have to re-create a new project ( that's what I am doing currently) simply for deployment purpose?
By the way, click and pick class from more than 100 classes is too much of work. In addition, you don't really know exactly which class you are picking if two classes (in different packages) have the same name.

Rename your LCA file extention into .ZIP
Open the ZIP file in any of the compressing utility (e.g. WinZip, WinRar etc.)
Extract the desired process and deploy it manually to your server.

Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion/Mountain Lion's Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.

How to get only matching rows in Full Outer Join

I was recently asked this question.
How to fetch only matching data from two tables using Full Outer Join. Now, I understand that this is not the objective of using Full Joins but I was wondering whether this is possible or not.
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Full outer join returns both matching and not matching rows, if you want only matching rows why you don't use INNER JOIN?
The following query does an INNER JOIN using a FULL JOIN which I think it doesn't make any sense.

On the printer driver documentation, Page 5, in the Imaging setting, although the options are not specifically shown, there should be an option on that screen of the print driver to click and select "B/W" or 'black and white' or 'grayscale' or 'monochrome' as Print Mode rather than the "Full Color" option shown in the illustration below.
You access these settings once you have selected 'Print' from an app.
If necessary, you might need to click on the 'Down arrow' button next to the printer name (OS X 10.6), or 'Show Details' button at the bottom of the print dialog box (OS X 10.8) to see additional settings.

Either sync them via iTunes on the computer to the device or turn on Podcast syncing in Settings > Podcasts on the device.
This is covered in the User's Guide, try reading it for a better understanding of how the device works.

I do not want to delete the rest of the timeline as I want to cut/copy out several smaller clips and save/share them as their own files. I am working on a copy of my original video, and I know I can just bring the project timeline down repeatedly to isolate this clip by deleting all else, but feel there must surely be a simple way to do this.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

You would place the gray tabs of the WorkArea Bar to span just the area to be exported.

Move the Timeline Indicator to the start of the segment, hold down the Alt key of the computer main keyboard as you hit the left bracket key [

Move the Timeline Indicator to the end of the segment, hold down the Alt key of the computer main keyboard as you hit the right bracket key ]
The critical step is to make sure that you have a check mark next to the "Share Work Area Bar Only" option in the export dialog (if the dialog has that option).

Hi Friend,
You need to connect your iPhone in your computer and open iTunes.
1. Place your rintones file (.m4r format, up 30 seconds) to a designated area (e.g. desktop)
2. Import your ringtones file into your LIBRARY, NOT directly into your iphone.
3. "TONES" or "RINGTONES" icon will appear on the left hand column under LIBRARY. (You should see Ringtones there. If not..... Click Edit --> Preferences --> General Icon Ensure that Ringtones is checked. If not, check it then click OK…)
4. Drag your ringtones file from your LIBRARY into your iphone.
5. "TONES" or "RINGTONES" icon will appear in your iphone under devices (the tab where Summary, Info, Apps, etc are located)
6. Click Under "TONES" or "RINGTONES" (as mentioned in Fifth) and tick SYNC tones.
7. Look inside your iphone... and there it is

Do you have a TM backup or a clone? If so, erase the drive and restore with TM or clone back.
If not you'll have to reformat and re-install the OS that shipped with your Mac. If it shipped with Lion or ML you can do the restore from your Recovery Volume
EDIT: I assume you are saying that you just installed 10.8?
