How to create a service order and check the internal order in R/3

Required Solution:
1. How to copy existing service order and create new one and check the internal order in R/3, whether the certain service order is correctly created in r/3, can you polease explain the steps plz.
2. If i am creating service order by service template finally the service order is getting created but it is not showing me in the table iaom_crm_aufk, how to check this.
can any one help me in this issues as soon as possible.

Try to restart your portal after creating <b>ServiceUser</b> in both UME and KM.
One more major difference between ServiceUser and normal portal user is that a ServiceUser does not have a UserAccount (IUserAccount)

    This is discussed at length in the User's Guide. See the section "Creating Workspaces".
    To rename a workspace using the admin application, edit the workspace attributes and type a new name in the field where the old name appears, then Apply Changes.

    We still don't know what you want to archive with here.
    Cvele_new_account got you a pointer on how to install the DefaultDomain.
    Tip: if you want to know or see the exact command line jdev uses to install the DefaultDomain, open jdev and in the application server navigator right click on hte integrated server and select configure DefualtDomain. In the log window you see the command line with all parameters.

    We can create a mailbox database, then run EMC and EMS to create a database copy.

    Note: please pay attention to Prerequisites section, for example: 
    1. The specified Mailbox server must not already host a copy of the specified mailbox database.

    I answered that. My point in asking whether it matters was that if it does, then you cannot use content categories and point different users to different categories and not allow them to see the others.
    The alternative, as I said, would be to produce different outputs for each role.
    As it does matter, then using webhelp you will have to use your RoboHelp project to produce a number of outputs, one for each category. Your app would install each webhelp into different folders and when your app determines the user role, you will link to the appropriate help.
    There is another thread running where it has been explained by Willam van Weelden that you can achieve what you want using browser based AIR help. If that form of help can be considered, then the thread is at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4914753?tstart=0#4914753
    Browser based AIR help must be run from a web server. It cannot be installed locally.

    Hi all
    My requirement is like this.
    We use IM and IO(Capex orders) for procuring and capitalising assets. We are able to assign all the costs of procuring assets (both APC and incidental expenses to the internal order). We use purchase orders and assign the internal order while raising purchase order.
    Sometimes we do make Down payments(advances) without raising purchase orders. My question is how to include this down payment made in the internal order. We cannot assign any internal order while making the down payment. But, can we include this down payment made to vendor in the internal order(commitment) while making down payment or after that.
    FYI:I came to know that there is some functionality in Controlling (Project systems) where we can assign the down payment made to the internal order after making payment.But, i do not know how to do that.

First the customer comes for a service.he is having free services. he will have waranty for spare parts of the vehicle. once he comes for servicing first the executive will take complains from the customer after that a Job card will be issued to the customer. there his chasis no ,engine no and registration no will be there. once enter the chasis no entire customer details has to come. how many free services he is having for how many kilo meters.then job card will go to the spare parts dept.that dept will issue the spare parts.then they will invoice the customer. he will pay the payment.and finally the gate pass will be given to the customer to deliver the vehicle.

    Ironically, when creating material master for a material with a material type KMAT, plant 1000
    sales org 1000, the only distribution channel is populating in the input help (F4) is 10
    For which no ship to party neither sold to party is maintained in sales order creation

    It is bcoz, the said account groups (Sold To Party and Ship To Party) are not created in the sales area 1000 / 10 / 00.
    To create a customer master, you have to go to XD01, select the Account Group, Company Code and the respective Sales Area and execute.  In the Customer Master, you have three tabs, viz.General Data where you have give address details of the customer, then in Control Data, you have to assign the respective Recon Account and in Sales Area Data, you have to maintain the customer's sales related details.  Once you give all these datas and save the data, a customer code will be displayed at the bottom.
    Now go to VA01, input the sale order type and the sales area and execute.

    Hi Hoo Laa,
    I have one way but little lengthy.
    Rebate condition always appears in the billing document.
    So 1st you extract the sales order list from Table VBAK.
    once you have the sales order list then you can put your order list in Table VBFA --> Extract the billing document list.
    Now put that list in the table VBRK.
    In VBRK you will get the "Doc. condition" --> put that doc condition in table KONV with your rebate condition type.
    It will show the result.
    Later, through VLOOKUP you can identify in which order you have given rebate to your customer.

    Soory, no, it is not possible. You can only combine multiple copies of the same book into one order.

    Once you create the contract, update the technical objects for the contracts

    I am creating a service entry sheet from the PO but I am getting an error of u201CPlease maintain services or limits Message no. SE029- Diagnosis(You cannot enter data until the PO item has been maintained correctly) u201C
    The document type of the PO is standard NB, account assignment category is Q- (Proj make to order) and the item category is D(service). Then I am trying also create a PR using account assignment category is Q- (Proj make to order) and the item category is D(service) but still cannot proceed, a message asking me to enter a service entry number. What I know the process is create a PO(maybe based from PR) then post the GR then create a service entry sheet in ML81N but I cannot proceed. Just creating a PR or PO using those mentioned account assignment and item category and getting an error of need to enter a service entry sheet number.

    Process for Creating Service Entry Sheet
    Transaction Code :    ML81N
    1)To open the respective Purchase Order, Click on the u2018Other Purchase Orderu2019, then enter the Purchase Order No.
    2)Click on the u2018Create Entry Sheetu2019 icon(3rd Icon on Top-Left)
    3)Give Short Text (e.g. R/A Bill No. 1) and top service entry sheet number also generated.
    4)Click u2018Service Selectionu2019 Icon on the Bottom of the Screen.
    5)For the 1st Time, when we are making Service Entry Sheet for a respective Purchase Order, we need to u201CAdopt Full Quantityu201D by clicking the Check box next to it, then Enter.  (*For the next time, no adoption is required, just continue)
    6)Select the respective Services by clicking on the Left Hand Side, then Click u2018Servicesu2019 (Adopt services) icon on the Top.
    7)Give the completed Quantity, then Click u2018Acceptu2019 icon(a green flag on the top)
    8)Save .
    9)Service Entry Sheet is SAVED and account posting made.
