How to find cancel of sales order data?

hii friends,
now i am creating a sales register so i have need to calculate the value of cancel of sales order and return of sales material. sp plz give me table name and bill type for sales return and cancel.

Table for Sales Return is ORDN for header and RDNX for lines. As for canceled Sales Order, there are no special table but the same ORDR with field value for CANCELED as 'Y'.

       Apart from the above this standard report will help you to some extent

Hello Mohammed,
Please check the following SAP Spool tables for your spool request.
You will find your required document number as an Object key in these tables.
TSCMSTAT --> Field OBJNO
SOOS --> Field APPLKEY (Document number will be a part of this key)
If your document is getting printed by SAP Script, then dont forget to take SCR value in the OBJTP field while searching for your record.

How to find the Open sale orders till date for given plant and material ?

Hi experts,
                 I have a requirement to calculate the open sale orders for a given plant and material. I have tried in VA05 wherein i can get only for the material and sales area combination. From the document nos obtained from VA05 i can then find the plant. But my question is how do i get the output of VA05 into my progra. (can i use submit for a module pool report ).
Also if ther is some other standard table or Function module to find the open sale orders till a given date ,it will be even more helpful....in which case i can drop the VA05 route.

Hi Ashwin,
    You can use SAP Tables VBAK and VBUP to get to know if the document is complete or not.
   VBUK-GBSTK is the field that will give you the status of the Sales Order .
VBUK is used at header level , whereas VBUP is used for Item level.
So in your case what I would do is :
Get the Sales Orders that satisy the plant and material criteria from VBAP table , take this Sales Document numbers and go to VBUK or VBUP table to get the Sales Order Status.
   If I need to find the open quantity as well I will link to VBFA table based on the document number.

How to retrieve the ARCHIVED Sales order data

Hi All,
When issuing the output for the delivery, it is giving an error saying 'Sales Order XXXX does not exist' due to which the prices in the output were displayed as '0'. Reason for this can be that 'the order might have been archived'.
My requirement is,
1. If Sales Order doesnu2019t exist in data base then need to check if Sales order exists in archive data base.
2. If yes, take needed data from archive data base tables to calculate price. The logic of price calculation should be the same as for not archived Sales Orders.
Can anyone help me on this..?
Please tell me how to check whether the Sales order exists in the Archived database. Please share the table names(sample logic if possible) sothat I can use them in the report logic.

The main transactions that provide access to sales orders data are the following:
VA03 Display Sales Order
ALO1 Document Relationship Browser
Other:
KABP Controlling Documents: Plan
KSB5 Controlling Documents: Actual
KVBI Sales Documents: Actual Line Items
Standard Reports:
S3VBAKAU: Program for sequential reading of archived sales documents
If at least one of the archiving information structures SAP_DRB_VBAK_01- SAP_DRB_VBAK_02 is active, I suggest to use the transaction ALO1.

Hi Venkat,
Go to [SE16]. Enter the table name as VBAK. Enter the Sales Document Type and time period in the selection screen and execute the query. Save the output into a excel sheet using System -> List -> Save -> Local File.
In excel, you can sort and group the data as per your requiremet.

How to find status of sales order without OBJNR

Could you please let me know how to find staus of a sales order without VBAK-OBJNR, sales order type is debit memo request(VBAK-AUART = 'L'), it has no status icon in status tab, and VBAK-OBJNR is empty, but 'Rejection status' is showing as 'Everything rejected' in its status tab.

Hi Venkat,
As every one have already explained other points,in standard SAP there is no provision to determine as if the sales order is intercompany or not.
But if you want you can create a user status as normal sales order and intercompany sales order.So by checking the status at table level or in order you can determine if it is Intercompany or normal sales order.
Best way is to create a different document type itself which will be exclusively used for intercompany orders.So it will be easy for reporting and tracking purpose.

How to transfer Sales order data from R/3 to APO!!

I am in the process of moving some sales order data for a particular mat/loc combination in cfm1 after creating a integration model iam even activating even in R/3 but after doing this iam not able to view those sales orders in RRP3 t-code IN APO side.
Kindly let me know what is the procedure to transfer transactional data from R/3 to APO and to do enhancement in CIF which carries Transactional data .

Hi PKP,
The field SPEC_STOCK has the description "Key for Special Stock Section" and is linked to schedule line of the PO. This seems to be something linked to special stock, but I am not very sure about the relevance of this field.
I do not see any related field when I check the order in RRP3 or in RRP2. In standard SAP, you would only be able to use the fields that are already visible in APO. Otherwise you need to add the field to the standard SAP t-code display (read the value from SOMEWHERE and then display it in RRP3. This is possible using Badi /SAPAPO/RRP_IO_COL). Then only you can see the values which you have populated.
If this field SPEC_STOCK already has some functionality (which it should have, though I am not sure what it is), you might not be able to use it for other purposes (since system does some validations for certain fields).
You are updating the value for this field in IT_OUTPUT internal table, you also need to add an X in the corresponding field in the internal table IT_OUTPUTX.
You could try putting this X, so that your changes are considered in CIF, but I am not sure what the impact may be, and you could get a dump also possibly. Even otherwise, since this field doesn't seem to be visible against a PO in APO, I am not sure if this would be helpful for you.
As far as I could see, I did not find any standard field which could be helpful for you.
May be if you open a fresh thread and ask for advice on how to send any custom comments for PO to APO, someone could provide some inputs.

Is there any FM in R/3 to get sales order data.
In CRM we use CRM_ORDER_READ to get the Header and Item details. Like wise FM in R/3 is required.
Actually I have to test 'Usage' in sales tab of VA01/VA02/VA03.
How to get the order details? what is the user exit for ORDER save?

Please use BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_GETDETAILMUL to read details of sales order. This works as a remote enabled counterpart of CRM_ORDER_READ.
Similarly if you want to display sales order from R/3, use FM BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_DISPLAY.

How to get sales order data in substitution of fi-docu from GM posting ?

How to get sales order data in substitution of FI documents from goods movement posting?
When I posting a material document with movement type "501E", the system will creating a FI document automatically. And I need to get the sales order data in the substitution of FI document.
I tried to export the data of the material document in user-exit "MB_CF001 Updating of material document data upon posting", but this user-exit does not triggered in the posting process at all. what's the problem?
Do you have better solution or idea for this? Please help me. Thank you!
