How to make a fill-in form in pdf?

I would like to make a pdf contract that clients can easily fill in and email back to me. Is this possible in Photoshop?

Forms require data structures that follow a logic and can be manipulated, none of which you can do in PS. PS only produces pretty pixels. As the others already suggested, you will need to use ID or Acrobat itself to produce PDF forms or a converter that can do the same based on Word/ Excel forms and interactive documents, a facility which the Acrobat add-ins for these programs also provide and for which alternative products also exist.

This sounds to me like a client-side problem whith adobe reader plugin in your browser. What is your reader version?

User being able to download filled out form in pdf format

I'm testing the formscentral application and was wondering if the users are able to obtain a copy of the filled out form in pdf format versus just plain text in the email?

No, respondents can only get the email with text responses. There is no way for them to get a PDF copy of what they filled out.

The above code executes well with no problem at all!
As you can see the file to which i create and save and open my pdf report is
AssignedDialyzer.pdf.
The column headers of table in pdf report from c# windows forms using iTextSharp are
"Reprocessing Date","Patient Name","Dialyzer(Manufacturer,Size)","No.of Reuse","Verification" and
"DialyzerID".
However the problem i am facing is after execution and opening of document is my
column headers in table in pdf report from
c# and datas in it all appear in bold.
I have browsed through net regarding to solve this problem but with no success.
What i want is my pdf report from c# should be similar to following format which i was able to accomplish in vb6,adodb with MS access using iTextSharp.:

How to make changes in HR Form using Form editor

I am new to hr-abap..And I am working on HR form editor..and I wanted to generate a pay-slip using the hr forms..I had copied the standard form..and I am making the changes into that..
I want to add my own customization into it..like I wanted to display total in words...also, i wanted to display a message at the end of my report..This message should be allowed to change to end user...like for eg..Some Seasonal greetings...
I am using Tcode pe51 to make changes in my form...
Please tell me how to go about and where to implement all these changes so that they will get displayed in my form...Its urgent...

When you go into HRFORM tcode, double click on your form name.
It will take you to Customization window where you can drag and drop all additional data yo want on form.
For designing and coding purpose click on the LAYOUT button on top of that window.
This will open the form in SMARTFORM.
Dont try to go directly as your Form name dont exist in Smartforms.

How to make data persist in form?

I've made multiple forms for a Web site. Each form is within its own module. The problem is the data entered into a form disappears as soon as the user shifts to another form (and consequently, another module). How to make the data persist in the form even if the user shifts away to another module? I've tried using a Model to hold the data but the data didn't stay in the text fields.

I thought ModuleLoader could only load one Module at a time, and unloaded the current Module when called to load the next Module. This app has only one ModuleLoader, which loads various modules as different states are called.
If the Model to hold the form data is in the shell application, how to wire each Model to each Form (assuming the forms are still in various modules)?

4 DFFs are enabled.
CASE1: when payment is voided DFF4 should be mandatory feild
CASE2: when user queries the voided payment , above DFF4 should be readonly or not editable
Unable to acheive both the cases with Forms Personalization.
When trying case2 error pops up saying null canvas.
Can you please provide some examples if you have any.
I can find any customizations on this form

You can try to create a batch-file. For instance on WinNT create a CMD file. On Win95/98 create a batch file.
In that you can use (depending on where you've installed forms/ reports)

I want to make a parameter form with a selectOneChoice and store this value in a backing bean, so I can use as a bind variable in query. I already made it happen without data control
Can someone show how to do it in adf data control. With the wizard it tries put the value

There is another example of using a selectOneListbox to do the same type of thing.
The steps involved in creating something like this are to:
(1) Define your named bind variables on your view object
(2) Drop the "ExecuteWithParams" action in the operations folder of that view object from the Data Control Palette to your page as a "Parameter Form"
(3) Drop the specific attribute (nested child of the "ExecuteWithParams" action from step (2) as whatever kind of selectOneXXXX control you want
(4) Delete the extra field on the form you don't want.

also I want to be able to delete any records if the customer suddenly decides to not buy an item after it has already been entered.

Hello,
The FillBy method loads data according to what the results are from the SELECT statement, so if there is one row then you get one row in the DataGridView, have two rows then two rows show up.
Some examples
Form load populates our dataset with all data as it was defined with a plain SELECT statement. Button1 loads via a query I created after the fact to filter on a column, the next button adds a new row to the existing data. When adding a new row it is appended
to the current data displayed and the primary key is a negative value but the new key is shown after pressing the save button on the BindingNavigator or there are other ways to get the new key by manually adding the row to the backend table bypassing the Adapter.
The following article with code shows this but does not address adapters.

How to make create, edit, display form in a page fragment ?

I have a problem when I want to make create, edit,display in a page.
Ok let's say we have created two pages,
In page A we have 3 buttons, CreateEmp, EditEmp and DisplayEmp button and one text field as a parameter field to edit and display (let say employeeId).
In page B we have form employee to create new employee, edit employee and display and a button AddMoreEmp (to add more employee without back to page A)
in this case if button EditEmp is pressed in page A, so button AddMoreEmp in page B will be enabled
if button DisplayEmp in page A is pressed , so button AddMoreEmp in page B will be disabled.

I think what you are looking for is a comb field. It acts like a regular field but puts the vertical lines in between each character. You can turn the comb on in the object palette and indicate how many chars will appear in the field (so that it knows how many lines to draw).

It sounds like you're trying to submit the entire PDF using Reader. For this to work, the document has to be Reader-enabled. Acrobat 8 Pro can do this by selecting: Advanced > Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader.
Some newer versions of Reader may have a problem with a form enabled in Acrobat 8, so you'll have to test it out.

1. salesman fill out the form and send it (in digital format ofc) to a senior salesman
2. senior salesman read it through and edit the form if nececary
3. senior salesman save it and send a looked pdf to the costumer.
