How to Park a doc in FB01 !

Hi All,
I have 2 options, 1 is Post a doc 2nd is PArk a doc, I am using FM => PRELIMINARY_POSTING_FB01 for Posting,
but for park a doc is this FM help to me ? or anybody help me to park a doc ? IS it available any BAPI FM or let me know any further method to do ?

HI Mathew Adman,
It is by system design that indeed the options for Park or Hold are not available
(greyed out) for accrual documents (FBS1).
The apparent reason is because an accural document requires a reversal date and a held document cannot handle a reversal posting.
You may want to consider using the "post with reference" feature to simplify the tasks of reentering accrual/deferral documents which occur every month.
In adition, please read note 492006:
'Special transactions such as FBB1, FBS1, FB41 cannot and must not be parked since subsequent processing using FBV0 is not possible.'

Thanks for your reply. Fyi, I've applied employee limitation to post manual journal at tcode OBA4 and OB57.
User A : >100K - 500K
User B : >500K - 1 MILL (Asst. Manager)
User C : >1 MILL (Manager)
Normally user A will park all the journals but after apllied the limitation, user A only can park for the journal (normal tcode F-02 or other tcode) which not more than 500K. The limitation affect the park as well.
Alternative for tcode F-02:
User A : Park doc at FB50 (any amount) and post at tcode FBV0 by other user. There's no park or post with reference.
User request to park with reference.. Any idea?

u say , u parked a docuement in Feb month , but the user want that document parked in the month of january.(which is already closed)
Ok but suppose if u reset the document, then docuement date or posting date cannot be reset,. only amount or reference field u can reset.
So u reverse the parked document in the month of Feb,from t.code FB08 and if u parked that document in the month of jan , u can open the period from OB52 transaction.

Need to setup a set of word documents, converted to PDF that has links from one file to a second file at a given page.
I would like to setup a set of pdf documents, on the hard disk of a PC or Mac, that can be open with acrobat pro running on the same computer and have the link jump to, and open in a new window, in acrobat pro, to a given page of a second document in the set.
Is there a way to setup a link in word and the conversion to pdf that will result in a link that is equivalent to the acrobat link type you get when you add a link of the type Go to a page in another document?
Tools-Advanced Editing-Link tool, make a box
Check: Go to page view, Next (Create go to view dialog opens)
Open second document and go to page
Click “Create go to view dialog” to set up link
Result is a link, when view by link properties, with an action of

I got close but did not solve the problem:
I have a version that uses links to a website, using #page=43 at the end of the hyperlink.
That works but will only open to the page if is through the web browser, opening the acrobat reader plugin.
I need to open from a folder on the local harddisk (with relative links), in acrobat pro to the given page of the pdf, on a PC or a Mac.
I could bookmark each page “pagenumberxxx” and jump to the bookmark/page if that would get around some problem
Current Systems in use to create documents with links and view them:
Windows XP SP3
Word 2003 SP3
Acrobat 9 pro version 9.4.4
Or just to view them:
Mac OS 10 Lion version 10.7.4
Acrobat 9 pro version 9.5.1
(note I have limited understanding of Mac’s)

No. There seems to be no automated way to do it. You can of course go into the PDF and manually add links after you have converted to PDF, but that is what we want to avoid having to do. We want it to be automatic from the Word doc.

Create SAP Business Workflow for Opportunity from Lead
Use
A lead is a business transaction that describes, stores, updates, and manages the potential business interests of a business partner, and the interactions based on this over a period of time. The goal is to provide the "sales" area with the information gained in the lead, in order that it can be used as a basis for deciding whether to create an opportunity.
The information gathered in the lead is transferred to the "sales" area via the workflow "create opportunity from lead".
In the workflow, you decide whether the opportunity is generated manually or automatically.
If the lead-specific attributes Priority and Lead group fulfill specific criteria, the workflow automatically generates an opportunity. Otherwise, the workflow sends a work item to the sales employee responsible, for manual creation. Once he has checked the data in the lead, the sales employee can either reject this lead or create an opportunity from it.
The workflow is automatically started when the lead is saved.
The sales representative entered in the lead is first taken as the sales employee whose task it is to create the opportunity based on the information in the lead. This person can be determined using partner determination in CRM, depending on the prospect in the lead, and can, for example, be a manager of a sales area. If no sales representative is entered, the workflow takes an organizational unit assigned in the workflow template, and sends the work item to all users assigned to the organizational unit.
Prerequisites
u2022     The type linkage for the start events AttributeChanged and SetErrorFree for the workflow WS10001011 are deactivated as a standard procedure, and, if you wish to start the workflow template, they have to be activated again in Customizing. The workflow task processors must also be maintained. In Customizing, choose Customer Relationship Management  Basic Functions SAP Business Workflow  Perform Task-Specific Customizing.
u2022     The workflow template uses the user statuses SAAC (accepted by sales) and SARE (rejected by sales) of the status profile CRMLEAD. If you have defined several user statuses, the data flow for task TS10008154 (set status) must be adapted accordingly.
u2022     When the opportunity is created, the workflow template uses the opportunity transaction type OPPT. If you have defined several transaction types for the opportunity, the data flow for task TS10008151 (create opportunity) must be adapted accordingly.
u2022     If the sales employee rejects the lead, the workflow resets the qualification level to value 02 (warm). If you have specified your own qualification levels in Customizing, you need to adapt the data flow for task TS10007918 (change qualification level) accordingly.
Process of Workflow WS10001011 (create opportunity from lead)
The workflow "create opportunity from lead" is started when a lead is saved with qualification level Hot and status Error-free. The system uses the lead-specific attributes Priority and Lead group to check whether an opportunity can be automatically created, or a sales employee first needs to decide. If the sales employee decides that an opportunity can be created, the lead status is set to "accepted by sales", and an opportunity is created in the background. If necessary, this is forwarded to the sales employee to check. If the sales employee rejects the lead, the lead status is set to "rejected by sales", and the initiator is informed by mail.
The workflow is ended if no opportunity is created and
o     the lead is deleted or
o     the qualification level of the lead is changed to a value other than Hot or
o     the status of the lead is changed to a value other than Error-free.

You first need one or more apps on the iPad that supports those document types, otherwise you won't have anywhere to store them (except as email attachments) - the iPad is not like a 'normal' computer which has a file system, on the iPad each file/document has to be stored/associated with an app. Once you've decided on the app(s) then, depending on the app, transfer may be done by the file sharing section of the iPad's apps tab on your computer's iTunes, wifi, Dropbox, email attachments etc.

What I have been doing is exporting documents to PDF's on my PC in Open Office and emial them to myself. I create a lot of ads, fliers and other content on my PC then transfer the content to my iPad though email. I have yet to find a PDF that I cannot choose to open in iBooks which automatically saves it in my library.

I can't open 3 documents because trial upgrade to version 5 of pages happened. I don't want to pay $20 to get upgrade. How do I open docs in older version. They were created in older version.

You can use these steps to open your Pages documents with the previous version:
Permanently change the document’s app
Select the document and choose File > Get Info.
In the Info window, click the triangle next to “Open with” to expand the section.
Choose an app from the pop-up menu, or choose Other to locate a different app.
If you want to use that app to open all documents of the same type as the current document and created by the same app, click Change All.
Temporarily change the document’s app
You can open a document in a different app without changing the app that normally opens it. Use either of these methods:
Control-click the document, choose Open With, and then choose the app you want to use.
Drag the document to the app’s icon in the Dock or in the Finder.
