How to PRINT DATA in classical report when ever execute

Hi,
All ABAP experts,
I am updating PM work order in IW32 by using BADI, with addition to success or error log i need to display data in basic list and also system has to print that data automatically by using system's default printer. User can not press print button in basic list because sometimes this program will schedule in background, due to this user wants see upload results in a print out.
I dont know how to write logic to get output like this. Please can anyone share how to write logic for this issue.
Before posting this issue i search in forms but I didnt get appropriate solution.

I have a report which users can print as PDF.
However, I like to display current date/time in report footer.
I can see the Page Footer in section but can't figure out how to print date/time there.

Create On load process in page 1 and put this code

Open your region in Page 1 put this code in Footer area

Refresh your page.
you will get the output like this.

now go to se71->choose the prog -> layout ->right click ->create graphics.
utilities -> printing test -> output device -> LP01.

Hi,
It's look like you are assuming that an organizational model can be created from external data input via a report. If so, then your assumption is wrong. There is no standard way to create a org. model from external input.
As a standard practice SAP provided a report as mentioned in the previous reply. Using this report you can download ECC/R3 org. model into SAP CRM. This is the easy and best proven way of generating org. model in SAP CRM.

Print Logo in Classic Report (Write Method,Not ALV)

Hi All,
I'm currently doing conversion of the All the Classic Report with addition of Header with 'LOGO'.
I'm willing to find out that Function (CALL FUNCTION 'WWW_GET_MIME_OBJECT') is only able for display but not show out during printing.
Is that any method, I can do it(Print with Logo) without conversion to SAP Script or Smartform that was exhausted.
*Please take note is Classic Report with Write Method (Line by Line), Not ALV.

It is possible to include logo in classical report but its not possible to print logo in classical report. It can be done in ALV's.
Write the code in Top-of-page event in ALV.
The following is the code for inserting the logo in ALV.
FORM TOP_OF_PAGE.
CALL FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_COMMENTARY_WRITE'
       EXPORTING
           I_LOGO             = 'ENJOYSAP_LOGO'

How to print date & time in photos

Thanks for the help.
I need to print either photos with time and dates in them... or the Bridge contact sheet with date and time info.
The final printed image will be used in court to photo document evidence.
Do I have to do a screen capture or is there some other way?
My camera will not allow me to imprint time and date.
I'm using CS4 on both Windows and Mac.

Hi! I would like to know how to exctract data from a report to use it in a process. Let's say that I have a report which have following fields: id_person, name_person. And then, I want to make a process which introduce the id_person (from report) into an associative tabel. How can I reffer to the fields from my report?
I was thinking about something like that( this should be the code from my process)
insert into associative_table(id_person)
values(id_person) or
insert into associative_table(id_person)
values(Report_name.id_person) but it doesn't work....

Another option, use collections.
Create an on load process that loads all the rows you would have in your report into a collection:

Then, instead of your report selecting from the table, have it select from the collection, this way your display will match what's in the collection:

Then you can have a button on the form that steps through the collection, one element at a time and does whatever you want it to.

If your requirement is to display date with box,first create a Box by using following syntax

HFM: How to restrict user to generate reports when there is a data load process going on?

Hi Experts,
I want to get some idea on how we can restrict one user of generating report when another user is loading the data for the same entity, assuming both the users were at different location and there is no communication between them.
i am dealing same kind of problem in HFM. we have many users created, some users will be loading the data using FDMEE while some users will be generating the reports. the problem arises when one user is loading the data for a particular entity and at the same time another generates the report for the same entity. this shows wrong data in the reports as the data's were not updated.
please suggest how we can come out of this problem.

I thought for a while that I could solve the problem creating a parameter in the main report and casting the first argument of my subreportprocesssing event handler to LocalReport and setting the parameter using the SetParameters method of the LocalReport
object indicating when there was data to show or not. But this doesn't worked , the parameter value remains the same when I use it in expressions to change the visibility property of my subreports.

I hv been used the COL_NEGATIVE and COL_TOTAL in my classical report for the SubTotal purpose. On the screen, they r looking fine.
But,
When am printing it on SAP Printer, am getting like, /////////////////////// over my totals!

Is it my printer fault?
OR it is a property of theses clours? I mean, I need to change the clour to like, CLO_KEY!

certain printers will behave like that for colors
