How to purchase "gems" on clash of clans when getting the message please contact iTunes support services when trying to buy?
How do I fix or make it able to buy gems on clash of clans when the message comes up "please contact iTunes support to complete transaction ? I have purchased before but it's not allowing me now. Would really love some insight on how to correct or fix the problem, thanks Ryan Hinger

Yes its i getting a message to contact iTunes Support when i trying bay the gems from clash of clans and i already changing my payment informition and everything fine bot why untill now still getining same messge ?
Have you contacted iTunes Support and asked them why it's appearing ? If not then you will need to do so (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

Do you guys even read the "Terms and Conditions" ? There are thousands of words. who know what term I am violating. It works fine before 12/01/2012...I bet they don't even know what caused this problem...They keep asking me to read it without solving the problem..."Dose that just happen after December 2012??"

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided.

I keep getting a message to contact itunes support when I try to make an in app purchase. What could be causing this issue? My credit card is up to date and in app purchases aren't restricted.
Have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking them ? We are fellow users here on these forums, it could be due to a number of reasons, we won't know which one.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -
Trying to buy gems in clash of clans but won't let says can not connect to iTunes I have wifi and can still purchase song in iTunes
First I will say good luck! I have been trying to have them fix mine for a couple days now and still can't make the purchase I need to in my own game in King's Empire that is actually really messing up my game. While none of the suggestions I have found to fix it have worked and support still hasn't fixed it either, I did read somewhere to set the date on your device ahead by a few years, click out of the date and time, then go back in and set it to auto again so it corrects the time itself. Then restart the device and see if it works. Again it didn't work for my problem, but I saw many who said it did work for them and they were having them same issues as we are. Otherwise, if that doesn't work, it looks like you and I will both be in the same boat and have to wait on support. Again, good luck and hope it resolves soon.
