How to: Send any document using mail via "Right click"

Hello-
Does anyone know how to send a document, whether it is a Word, Eccel, Pages doc, etc. via a "Right Click" or similiar key stroke as we can on a WinPC? I am certain it is possible, and the closest commandIi have found is the "Services:Mail" drop down which is seemingly useless (i.e. I do not know how to make use of it). Any suggestions are appreciated. Thx

Welcome to Apple Discussions.
Try this if you want to add an attachment to a new mail message:
1. Open Automator.
2. In the Library column, click on Mail.
3. In the Action column, double click on New Mail Message.
3. In the Action column, double click on Add Attachments to Front Message.
4. In Automator>File>Save As Plug-In...>Save Plug-in As: (Type your desired name here) Plug-in for: Finder>(Save)
Right click on the file you wish to attach and select Automator>(your desired name).
If you know where you actually want to send the message, enter the specific information required in step 3, and add/select "Send Outgoing Messages" after step 3.

Hi,
I am currently creating a document that must be filled in by the user, and then send to a mailbox (for later treatment).
I have thus created a form, with some fields and a button.
This button must do the document validation then, if it is a valid document, send it by mail to the mailbox, and then close the document.
The document must be sent to the mailbox in the PDF format !
Anyone can help me to do that ?

When the form is open in Acrobat (or Preview) pressing Control+J will bring up the Javascript Console. This showed that the full reference for PostalCode was not provided.
Changing the switch statement to the following worked:
switch (Page1.Table.PostalCode.rawValue)
I see that you are using Paper Based Barcodes. These will only work in Acrobat or in Reader if the form is Reader Enabled with the full LC Reader Extensions ES server product. Reader enabling the form in Acrobat will not turn on the barcode functionality.

I have a requirement to send a notification to multiple users using SENDMAIL step. How can I do this? I thought to create a method in the BO and to export ACTOR_TAB to wrkflow but the problem is I am unable to create an export parameter in the method with the type SWHACTOR.
Can anybody please suggest me hw to trigger sendmail to multiple persons.

I am facing another problem actually I tried above solution by givin initial values in the workflow container. But now in my implementation program when I am populating the event container with SWC_SET_TABLE its giving me dump by saying type conflict.
Is it possible to use SWC_SET_TABLE command in SE38 programs?
Please suggest me how to populate the event container in report programs. I have included <CNTN01> in my report.

I think you can setup the type of email in Shared office Settings in transaction S016.
There is an option called <Preset document classes>
You choose this pushbutton to branch to the maintenance screen for the document classes that are directly displayed to users in the Business Workplace for selection when they use the Create function. The name under which the documents are displayed can also be maintained.

could somebody help me. how do i send multiple Recipient using mail.jar. when i would input 2email address in to Recipient

Send KM documents using Send To with Outlook

Hello,
I would like to send KM documents using the "Send To..." command. When I select the "Send To..." command, the Send E-Mail window is opened. In this window, I can enter the email recipients, attach other documents, etc...
However, after selecting the "Send To..." command, instead of the Send E-Mail window, I would like to have Outlook mail opened with the document attached to the mail. Does anyone have any suggestion how to do this.

Check out the following commands under Content Management -> User Interface -> Commands:
MSOL_send_as_attachment_Applet
MSOL_send_as_attachment_Vbs
MSOL_send_as_link_Applet
MSOL_send_as_link_Vbs
they allow you to attach the resource to an Outlook mail Item either by using an applet or an activex control.
You have to add it to the right Command Group in order to see it on the menu.

Why do I get an "unable to connect - There may be a problem with the mail server or network." message from iCloud. I have verified the settings. I can access my iCloud account online but can't send or receive e-mail via the mail account.
