How to stream a video using stage video?

Question

I need to use stage video in my project. In my project using FMS RTMP we are streaming a video, I have tried with sample code provided in Adobe developer connection 'Getting started with stage video'. it is not working, i don't know what the problem is?

I took this below code from a tutorial but opposite of this tutorial, I want the swf to take the video from the domains server where it was published from...
Not from a internet hyperlink adress, but how ?
