HOw to translate lables & selection field titls in diff lang for ABAP query

Hi,
I have one report to be displayed using sap query , in that
I need to translate the output fields lables and fields which are on selection screen of query into diff languages like FR, IT, ES and all.
How can I do it? Can anybody help me ?
I found one tcode SQ07 , but it will translate only selection screen fields but even the space is limited.

Hello,
For this please maintain the output field labels as text symbols.
After doing so, choose from menu GOTO->Translation.
Now it will ask you for the language to translate into.

For your issue, you need to deploy a farm solution using HideCustomAction to hide site settings link. For example to hide “Title, description, and logo” link you can use below code:

how to create a transaction code for abap query,
i used a single table , my requirment is as i enter the tcode i should get the selectioin screen of my query.

. Make a transaction with parameters transaction from se93 .
2. Put START_REPORT in the transaction
3. Check the skip intial screen checkbox
4. in the table control in the end of screen put these values
D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE = AQ
D_SREPOVARI-REPORT = <USER GROUP in WHICH THE QUERY IS CREATED> G
(G stands for GLOBAL AREA:)(Entered after a space)(G should come after 9
chanracters(8 char for user group,one space and then G)
D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT = <QUERY NAME>

may help you to access the pictures without any db-access.

There are two things that are probably causing this error.
Line 22 in your HTML looks like this:
</style><!--[if lt IE 9]>
You need to remove the closing style tag:
</style><!--[if lt IE 9]>
Also in sesem.css, there's a missing closing brace on line 486:

How to create a selection field in Infopackage

Greetings.
My Requirement is to have a infopackage to dynamically accept the selection field values
Now I Understand the we can only populate single ragne of values VIA ABAP Routine.
Eg: 0Plant : 1 to 99999999999
But now my requirement is to make Infopackage accept full range of single values.
like for Eg for Numeric values it should be
0Plant = 1 to 99999999999
for charcters plant from all characerstic material master
0Plant = CR_001
0Plant = CRWed
0Plant = QWET
Eg: It has a field 0Plant now i want this field to replicate as many plant as I get from Material Master table
How can this be achieved .

You can add 0PLANT in the InfoPakckage more than once in the Data Selection tab by simply pressing '+' sign.
Like
0PLant 0000001 - 0999999999 ( this will be populated via routine or can be fixed values)
0Plant = CR_001
0Plant = CRWed
0Plant = QWET
THis selection will pull all the plants' data where plant is 000001- 0999999, and plant is CR_001, CRWed and QWET.
But I must acknowledge , I did not get your question properly. I replied based on my assumption.

I have written a prog to select data pertaining to details of all employees who belong to a particular country . For this i have provided a dynamic selection field for selecting country (through Selection View).But when i am getting all the records for all countries.
How to use the dynamic selection fields in program or they behave in the same way as the standard selection given by the LDB .As if we enter a value in the std screen then the GET event acts accordingly .

First off, is the Dynamic Selection working? If so, try the following code.. I am assuming, you only want to look at Permanent Address.
tables: pernr.
infotypes: 0001,0006.
start-of-selection.
get pernr.
rp-provide-from-last p0001 space pn-begda pn-endda.
check pnp-sw-found eq 1.
rp-provide-from-last p0006 1 pn-begda pn-endda.
check pnp-sw-found eq 1.
write:/ pernr-pernr,p0001-ename,p0006-land1.
end-of-selection.

How to hide dynamic selection fields in variants

When a selection variant is saved, we have the option to 'hide' a selection field. That field may contain a value, but it is not shown on the selection screen. There is, however, a button that will display these hidden field when required.
Is it possible to do this also with dynamic selection fields ?
The column 'Hide field' is shown in the variant atttributes screen, but it is not active.

How to set a key field in a local provider for BW workspace

Hi Experts,
I've created a local provider through BOBJ analysis for excel / Workspace designer in a BW workspace. However, all the dimensions by default are not having the key field enabled and I'm not able to enable the key field through BW workspace. Also I see the Fact Index Without Key is enabled by default in technical settings, which is not allowing me to select "Fact Index with Key" either. When I go to edit mode, it says "Analytic Index XXX can only be changed in workspace designer". I even tried to go into workspace designer and by selecting the necessary local provider, I coudn't find an option under Local Provider->Reload Provider->Reload (With Changes)->Choose File->Edit Columns to enable the key field(s) for the dimensions.
Can you please help to locate how to enable the key field for dimensions in local provider.

There's nothing to solve. If Reader (XI only) is used only PDF files can be selected. This is how it's supposed to work (although I agree it's silly and should be changed).

execute your Query via SQ01. On Selection-Screen
goto save Variant. Mark your field
as selection variable an press Button election variable.
Take variable from TVARV and use it.
Than save the Variant.
Look at TVARV if the 'Year' is updated to the actualYear!
