HR-Org Modell Distribution

Hello,
i want to distribute my organisation modell from the HR system in an other SAP system to realize the indirect role assignment.
It should work in an CUA system landscape which works fine. The HR system works as the central system in that landscape. From there i want to distribute the organisation modell in every system which is an daughter-system in that CUA landscape.
I followed the instructions in the document "Indirect role assignment with HR-org" but if iy want to distribute the modell with that report RHALEINI irt ends with no errors but i can't find that modell with transaction ppome in the daughter system.
What can be the problem?

No i recognized that it's necessary t plan the Report RPDAPP01 with that type HRMD_ABA. All ou's and other were exported in the daughter systems.
Only the Employees are missing.

  • HR ALE org model distribution - multiple business partners created

    Hi,
I am experiencing weird problems with HR ALE org model distribution to CRM 7.01. It creates multiple business partners for some org units and some persons. However, it does not create them everyone. Right now it seems like a new business partner is created on every second destribution in update mode. Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? In my understanding no new business partners should be created, rather the existing ones should be recognized and updated.
There is just one IDoc warning saying there was an error calling function module BUPR_EMPLO_ADDR_ADD because parameter value IV_X_SAVE has changed. This warning apperas everytime, also when no new business partner is created. Thus I am not sure if this is important. Also I do not use any custom coding, so I don't think that I am causing this warning.
    Thanks a lot

I just discovered a part of the problem. In CRM the relationship between the organisation unit and its business partner gets deleted if it already exists. On next update a new business partner is created, because there is no business partner assigned to the organisation unit yet.
It would be interesting to know why the relationship is deleted. Also I am not sure that it happens to all organisation units. Furthermore the same problem exists for persons.

    Thanks shalini,
I have done that yesterday and it is working fine,The problem is because when i press F4 in attributes for divisions in  org model,i am not getting two digits as i  done in SPRO.i am getting first one digit in division and the other digit and describtion is coming in describtion,so i forced the division with 2 digits, and my problem is solved
The quostion is why i am getting one digit in F4 of division,For distribution channel it is fine .and when i didnt enter the division as attributes in org model, the determination of sales org and distribution channel is not taking in the order, only the responsible org unit is taking in order.
Is that division important to be given in attrbutes of org model for determination of sales org and distribution channel.
    Please give me some clarification

  • Missing Business Attributes in Org Model

    Hi,
I am working on CRM 5.0 system...In the process of creating Master data... I have created an Org model under that created some Org units.....
In any Org unit of any Org model > under the business attributes tab..... I am not able to see the entries for Division, Distribution Channel, Tupel and some other...
And also I could not see any values for division and distribution channel under BP>Sold to Party Role>Sales Area Data.....
Could anyone tell me what would be the reason.....
Thank you very much for your help in advance....

    Dear Sr,
I hope I got your question right.
I guess the attribute entries (Division, distribution channel, tupel etc) are invisible in your system. You may check the following:
    Use t.code <b> OOATTRCUST </b>
In the screen that opens select your scenario for which you cant see these entries. i.e. sales, marketing , service etc.
And then double click on the attributes/ scenarios folder from the left hand frame.
You will now see a large list of attributes. See if your attributes (Division, distribution channel, tupel etc) are made invisible becos of the check box invisible being ticked besides each of them.
If so, uncheck it. You should now see the entries.

  • Org Model Differences:  CRM 7.0 from CRM2007 (6.0)

    Hi,
We are looking for some assistance/advice on the org Model in CRM7.0.
We did the initial load from R/3 of the Enterprise structure.  All the Sales Orgs, Sales Office, Groups came down as Org Units and the distribution channels came as attributes.
In CRM 6.0 I was able to assign a sales group org unit to multiple Sales org org units but I cannot see where to do this in CRM7.0
Are there any Org Model experts out there that would be willing to assist?  Direct me to some documentations?
    Thanks very much
    Judy Hildebrandt

I resolved the issue myself.  The answer is that you must Convert the org model to represent Multiple Assignments in SAP ECC

    HI,
This flag  can be set if an attribute can only be maintained using a special program rather than manually. So be care ful while the indicators are checked.
Also check whether the values are maintained in the SPRO
    Path:CRM-Master Data-Org Mgmnt-Division settings
CRM-Master Data-Org data for sales scenario-Define distibution channels
If values are maintained .Some time you will not be able to see immediately  then
run the report 'HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE' so that the divisions and Distribution channels  can be seen in the org model.

  • Org model related questions

    1. We created the org model in CRM 5.0. But, the client changed there mind and want to use R/3 as the system of record and want to use ALE distribution for copying the initial and delta changes of the org model from R/3 to CMR. My question is what are the implications of turning the ALE distribution ON after the CRM 5.0 org model is already in place? Or is there a way to get rid of the CRM 5.0 org model and then just run the ALE distribution?
    2. Can additional attributes be assigned to the org model in R/3, e.g. Transaction type or would this additional data need to be maintained directly in CRM?
    3. Are there effective dates in the org model in R/3?
    Thanks for your help.

    Sir,
Thanks for the information. My doubt is whether is it possible to replicate the same to ECC or vice verse i.e can you assign sub group to Sales group and replicate to CRM as it is?
Also I need more understanding of what you have suggested: "*If you want to buidl some logic also on those, one possible way would be to read relationships between then. For example you would read the linked org.unit to sales group org. unit. And then it would be up to the coding, what you want to do with it."

What are the attributes in Org Model used for?

    Org Determination Procedure
    •     &#61472;Maintain determination rules. You can define new rules for both types, responsibility and organizational attributes. In both cases you can use a wizard to create the rules. You can simulate the rules created with the wizard and process them again if required.
    •     Maintain organizational data profile. Within the organizational data profile, you choose a scenario (for example, sales or service) for which you want to use the profile. You then assign one of the available determination rules. You can assign one rule with type responsibility and one with type organizational attributes. If you define a rule in both fields, the system finds the intersection of both quantities. Additionally, you define which organizational units are mandatory and must occur in the transaction. You can use the wizard to create and assign organizational data profiles.
    •     Assign the organizational data profile to one or more transaction types
    Cutomizing:
IMG->&#61472;Customer Relationship Management&#61485;->Master Data ->organizational Management ->Organizational Data Determination ->&#61472;Change Rules and Profiles->&#61472;Maintain Determination Rules
    Example:
    •     Enter determination rule 10000164 (ORGMAN_7- Det. acc. to partner at. (Reg, Country))
    •     choose Copy.
    •     Go to container tab page.
    •     Go to the change mode and modify the values as per your requirement on the Container tab page,
    •     If you want to delete an value select and right-click and choose Delete entry.
    •     Save the modified determination rule.
    •     Simulate organizational data determination based on the values in container tab page.
    •     Choose Simulate rule resolution and enter the attributes based on the values in container tab .
    Organizational data profile maintenance

    IMG->&#61472;Customer Relationship Management->Master Data ->Organizational Management->&#61472;Organizational Data Determination->&#61472;Change Rules and Profiles->&#61472;Maintain Organizational Data Profile
    Example :
    •     Choose New Entries.
    •     Choose the sales scenario.
    •     From the list of scenarios, choose Sales.
    •     Use the determination rule defined in organizational model rule.
    •     In Organizational model rule, enter the number of the determination rule
    •     Fill the mandatory fields Sales Organization and Distribution Channel for output of organizational data determination.
    •     Select Sales organization and Distribution channel.
    •     Save the organizational data profile.

  • Assigning user in org model

    hi,
Iam not able to assign user  under the position in my org model.Am i missing on somethning? Can any one plz help me
    thanks
    ajay

    Hi Ajay,
Right click on the Position and select  'Assign' -Select UserIf you are unable to see the users Then try following work around,
Check  the  Organizational Management set up
Path:SPROMaster DataBusiness Partner --Set Up Integration with Organizational Management.
    1. Activate global HR integration by setting the main switch HRALX/HRAC to 'X'.
    2. Activate the integration between business partners and organizational units by setting the switch HRALX/OBPON to 'ON'.
    3. Activate the integration between business partners and employees by setting the switch HRALX/PBPON to 'ON'.
    4. Numbers can generally be assigned in three ways when creating business partners:
    a) Number is taken as before from the general internal interval for number range object BU_PARTNER.
    b) Number is taken from the special internal interval for the object.
    c) Number is taken from HR and given a prefix. A special external interval is used, which has to be defined as XX00000000 to XX99999999, where XX stands for any two letters.
Number assignment is set for organizational units using HRALX/ONUMB, and for employees using HRALX/PNUMB.
The number range object for all switch values is BU_PARTNER, the interval being dependent on the switch value. The internal standard interval is used for switch value 1, for switch values 2 and 3 the interval is defined by the switch HRALX/OSUBG or HRALX/PSUBG. For switch values 2 and 3, a grouping also needs be created for these intervals using transaction BUC2.
To enable the system to connect the grouping and the number range interval, the name of the grouping must be exactly the same as that of the corresponding number range interval. The name of the grouping is in the first column of the table.
If you choose number assignment type 3 for business partners with the role employee (switch HRALX/PNUMB = 3), create the switch HRALX/PSUBG manually in table T77S0.
    5. If you would like users to be informed by e-mail when errors occur, the recipient can be defined in switch HRALX/MSGRE (0=No messages, 1=Workflow administrator is notified, 2=User receives mail, 3=Both are informed).
    6. If addresses are required to generate business partners correctly, the switch HRALX/OADRE must be set to 'X'. The standard address to be assigned to every organizational unit without its own address can be defined using HRALX/OADBP.
To create a standard address, create a business partner with an address and then enter this business partner's number in the switch.
    7. If qualifications for employees are also to be transferred, the switch HRALX/PQUAL must be set to 'X'.
    Effects on Existing Data
If you have already transferred employees from a connected HR System in an earlier CRM Release and have now upgraded, the relevant employees (personnel numbers) must be transferred again to the CRM System by initial distribution. This enables important employee information to be stored in the target system, and changes to be transferred correctly to the business partner master records.

  • Display of general attributes in Org Model

    Hi Experts,
In my Org Model, in attributes tab the general attributes like division, distribution channel etc are not existing. What is the procedure for them to get displayed in the attributes tab of org model.
    Regards,
    Aielneni Lakshith Rao

There are two possible solutions to your question:
    1.  A simple solution:  in the attributes tab, make sure that you have selected 'SALE' in the attribute maintenance scenario.  If you still do not see the attributes, click the button BELOW the 'Object permitted..' selection field, (a little + sign),  to open all the attributes.  You should then be able to see all the attributes determined for the Sales scenario.
If the above solution does not work, then
    2.  use t-code: /nOOATTRCUST and check if those attibutes exist.  For this select 'SCENARIOS' in the dialog structure and select 'SALE'.  Then open scenarios and in the list of attributes check if distribution, division... exist.
In a normal situation, the first solution should solve your problem.  If you need further assistance, please post a followup to this response.

  • Transporting CRM Org Model

I have a simple Org model with only one sales org/distribution channel/division but I need to ensure I protect the dependencies on Sales Org ID that exist in various condition techniques that I will tranport from the Dev system.
I believe I have to a) set object lock in target system, b) run report RHMOVE50 to add new or changed org models components to my transport c) transport to target system and d) run report HRALXSYNC or CRM_COM_ORGMAN_BUPA_INTEGRATE to generate the required BP Org Units

    Hi Naaven
You have to create a Number Range and Business Partner Group for organizational units.
The ID of the Number Range and BP Group have to be the same for example "Z1".
Then you have to go to IMG >Customer Relationship Management>Master Data>Business Partner> Integration Business Partner-Organization Management> Set Up Integration with Organizational Management.
    Enter de Following values:
    Group     Sem.abbr.     Value abbr     Description
HRALX     HRAC     X     Activate HR Integration
HRALX     OBPON     ON     Integration O-BP Activated
HRALX     ONUMB     2     Business Partner Number Assignment (Org. Unit)
HRALX     OSUBG     Z1     Business Partner Subgroup (Organizational Unit)
    Hope this helps

  • CRM Org Model vs. Roles

Does anyone know the difference between creating and providing security through CRM CIC Org. Model versus handling the security through Roles

    Hello Mukund,
You can execute transaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE to download the R/3 sales areas into CRM.
Only new sales organizations are downloaded with CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE when is executed a second time, therefore is highly recomended to execute this transaction once. You can see it in the documentation of this transaction: IMG: CRM  > master data  > orga. management  > data transfer   >Copy R/3 Sales Structure.
The download from R/3 into CRM is supposed to be one-time download and all the maintanence should be done in both systems separately.
If you have already created organizational data seperated in CRM and ECC, therefore here there are just two options: either make all necessary assignments manually in PPOMA_CRM, or delete the CRM Org Model completely and rerun a new initial load with the above mentioned transaction.
To maintain the sales organization data manually in ppoma_crm, you need to go to the organizational unit's 'Function' tab, enter the corresponding R/3 sales organization there.
As for the distribution channel and division, they should be maintained in the 'Attributes'.
Hope the above information could be helpful.

    CRM => O 050000001 /20/00 (Sales Org/ Distribution Channel/ Division)
    Corresponding R/3=> USAO/20/00 (Sales Org/ DChannel/ Division)
How do we transport it to Quality Client of CRM?
Do I have to setup the entire Org Model Again?
If any documentation/ Steps are available then it will be of gr8 help

  • Delta download of org model

    hi experts,
we have done the initial download of org model from ECC 5.0 to CRM 5.0.
now we need to understand that is there a delta download available on the org model. if we do any changes in org model in either of the systems will it automatically get reflected into other system?
any specific settings/ configurations to be done to enable org model delta download?
please let us know your views at the earliest.
    thanks in advance
    RH

This subject is a bit obscure. At least in CRM 4.0 the organizational unit upload (spro activity) worked very poorly, and I had to manually correct a lot of units.
Now that I thought about it better, the ALE distribution only works corretly between CRM landscape levels, not ECC and CRM since sales organizations are not necessaritly Org Units in ECC HR.
The conclusion is ....no delta available I believe.
