HR table storing I/O number

Hi,
When I enter PA30 infotype 2010 and 0015, I also fill in the cost assignment.
But when I check on table PA2010 or PA0015, the cost assignment is not included. Is there any other table linked to this ?

I checked on that field PA0015-ZUORD is always empty.
I need some thing like indicator / flag that link to the table ASSOB / ASSHR to identify that the cost assignment is already posted to accounting (CO).

for example,
field name is LIFNR , description (vendor number),
which table stored this description (vendor number) for that field name(LIFNR) ?

1. From table DD03L, give your tablename and get all of its field names and corresponding data element names.
2. From table DD03T, get the description of each data element you have got in step 1.
3. Then Use Function Module DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET
DD02L : ALL SAP TABLE NAMES
DD02T : DESCRIPTION OF TABLE NAMES
DD03L : FIELDS IN A TABLE.

HR: Tables stored in the subarea of a cluster

Hi All,
I would like to know the name of the tables stored in the subarea of a cluster. E.g. The tables stored in RX subarea of cluster PCL2.
Will it be possible for me to get the details from the include RPCnxy00, where n - cluster number and xy- subarea in the cluster? Is there any other way of doing it?

Hallo Jayaprakash,
you could have a look at the function module PYXX_RESOLVE_RESULT_STRUCTURE. This will help with payroll cluster structures but don't forget that it's payroll specific.
The method you suggest is a good start but unfortunately the RPCnxy00 "convention" is not one that was always strictly adhered to. It will generally work but not always. It would probably be safer to look at the import / export macros since all the tables and strings will be contained there.

well, to implement the interface gives the following error

I have a requirement in which i want to find the serial number for the stock of a material.
in Equi i have serial number with material.
But i want it with plant also.
pl. suggest me in which table u have serial number,material , plant and storage location.

In EQBS table for that equnr u have plant and storage location.
but the performace while selecting EQUI on the whole will be very slow.

There are multiple solutions to this questions a few i will try to answer and then you can take the best required for your requirements.
**Consider that you have a Internal table having document number from other table..
SELECT NAME ADRES REGION FROM ADRC
       INTO IT_ADRC
       FOR ALL ENTRIES IN IT_DOC
       WHERE DOCUMENT_NO = IT_DOC-DOCUMENT_NO.
**Consider that you have 1 document number then
SELECT NAME ADRES REGION FROM ADRC
     INTO IT_ADRC
     WHERE DOCUMENT_NO = W_DOCUMENT_NO.

Error when executing statement for table/stored proc

 I am getting this error when executing IDOC to JDBC (Stored Procedure) Scenario.
 In my stored procedure I have three insert statements to insert rows in to 3 tables.
 This stored procedure is working fine for two insert statements i.e,
 For this I have created data type for stored procedure with 10 elements and executed the scenario and was successfully running.
 when I added 3rd insert statement to stored procedure ie., when i added 5 more elements to the datatype (totally 15 elements) it starts giving the bellow error in Message Monitoring.
Exception caught by adapter framework: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'COGRP_TMP_PROC_1' (structure 'Statements'): java.sql.SQLException: General error
Delivery of the message to the application using connection JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'COGRP_TMP_PROC_1' (structure 'Statements'): java.sql.SQLException: General error
 Note:- I have run the stored procedure with three insert statements in Sql Server, and also by calling an external program also, and was working fine.
 Note : Is there any structure needs to be follow when working with IDOC to Stored procedure.
I am struck up with the error, can any body resolve this issue.

Hi narasimha,
 This seems to be any error due to incorrect query formation.In your receiver jdbc channel set the parameter logSQLstatement = true.you can find this parameter in the advanced mode. Using this parameter you will be able to see the sql query which is generated at runtime in the audit log in RWB.

the serial numbers to a delivery are found in the SER01 and to find the link between serial number and delivery you need the OBJK table. Here you can find the correspondent equipment.
If you are looking for serial numbers for a production order these can found in the SER05.
SER00 Generic table for serial numbers
SER01 Serial numbers assigned to a delivery
SER02 Serial numbers assigned to a guarentee
SER03 Serial numbers assigned to a material document
SER04 Serial numbers assigned to an inspection lot
SER05 Serial numbers for a production order
SER06 Serial numbers for Handling Units
SER07 Serial numbers for Stocktaking
SER08 serial numbers for Orders (SD)
The assignment of serial numbers to a production order can be done either via transaction CO02 or at the latest when the GR from Production is made.

Unfortunately, this is not a clearly or fully explained concept in the BC400 class.
As stated in the course text, the ITAB will have the "order" of the DB table.
This may or may not be in actual key order. It depends on whether or not the primary key index is ALWAYS kept up to date / ordered by your DBAs.
This is rarely done as it is very "expensive" to the system... vitually impossible to be truthful.
Because of this, you can never GUARANTEE in a Production system that all records are stored in a primary key order. To guarantee ordering, you must FORCE the system to order the result set through:
ORDER BY
or
SORT after the database retrieval is completed and the result set is returned to the App server

What table storing controlling area from C.Element, wbs group?

Greeting.
In my project right now, I need to bring over data Cost Element Group and WBS Group to BW.
In order to cater this, I fetch data up from setHeader and setLeaf tables.
My Question is how to get information about controlling area that belong to those object, because when I see org. unit field on the table (setHeader table), it's populated with different value with controlling area that I see on their t-code (KAH3 and KJH3).
Is that any table storing controlling area seen on t-code: KAH3 and KJH3 ?

Hi Daniel,
It does not work this way. If you want to extract the controlling area of the obejcts you have to go to the relevant tables of the master data, e.g. for cost elements - CSKB, WBS - PRPS, etc.

I am trying to Creat a UserDefined Field in Marketig document OPOR Table through the script. then the warning "Total rowsize for table exceeds the maximum number of bytes per row (8060). " is occuring ,and transcation rollback. how can i solve the problem.

You have three ways to deal with this:
1) make you user field smaller.
2) check all other UDF in that table, and if you find one that your not using, delte it.
3) Somebody told me that SQL Server 2005 will not have this problem. Maybe you can migrate.

But few messages are giving following error in XI-_SXMB_MONI
Can any one guide me what is the cause of error? I check whole Idoc data I am not able to see bad character? can any once guide me what are the bad character in XML to post data in oracle? so that i can search in XML and how to avoide this error.
