HT1311 i cannot change the country of my account, because i still had a 0.05$ left in my account. any idea?

i want to change my country in my account detail to add the info my credit card, unfortunately, itune does not allow me because i still have 0.05$ available balance in my gift card, any idea how to do so?

I am having the free premium now and would like to change the country. I have changed the payment method with the card of the country which I want to change to, as described in the help section but the country shown on the account has not been changed. Anyone can help me with this? Thanks!

HT1918 I am trying to change the country of id on my apple store payment details. The button does not bring up options, just resets itself. I need to change the country as I have moved and payment is no longer valid, I can't download any new apps. Help

I am trying to change the country/ region on my store account. When I press the 'change country/region' section in 'my account' it does nothing.... I have moved country, so I cannot enter valid details of payment and so the store is refusing all app requests.
Has anyone a way around this please?

Before you can change countries in iTunes, you will need to have a valid payment information addressed in Ireland. When you have one, you can go ahead and change the country on your account.
- sign in to iTunes
- go to Account Information page
- enter your Apple Id and password
- click on Change country or Region
- enter your new information then save

Contact iTunes support in the UK and request that they zero out your account so that you can change the country in your account.

HT1311 I cannot change the signed-in ID on my iOS 7 device.

When I tap the signed-in apple ID.. Nothing happens.. It appears to be greyed out like it cannot be changed. Any ideas? Please help.

It sounds like you are going to the correct place to change the signed in Apple ID account but it is grayed out and so you cannot tap it to sign out. You may have Restrictions enabled in your settings set to restrict changes to your Accounts. Try checking that out with this article:

I have a new credit card.. I want to update the billing info, but it says " not allowed to use store in this region" ( or something like that ). So I tried to change my country, but nothing happens. My eraser tool acts weirdly. Everytime i use eraser tip on my pen, I cannot change the size of it with either tablet wheel or brackets. It changes the size of a brush tool instead. This was not happening in CS6.. Any ideas?

So this problem is annoying me. Is there any setting that has been added and this got messed up or is it a bug? In CS6 I could turn around my pen and use the eraser tip and change the size of it.
Now in CC 2014 I can't do it. I have to manually click the Eraser tool, and then change the size. I must say this is annoying as hell.

EDIT: Never mind, i found out how to reset. I Ctrl+Right clicked and reseted both brush and eraser but it still doesn't fix the issue. I also downloaded PS CS6 version and it works fine there.. So I don't know what it is. Must be a bug in CC 2014..

Unfortunately they won't be able to help you either. Adobe has the strict policy that you cannot change the country in your Adobe ID. You'll have to create a new ID.

You are correct, in order to change the country of your account, you must get rid of the remaining balance. Contact iTunes Customer Service and they can take care of it.

I lived in London, where i purchased my itunes / ipod / ipad. I moved to cape town and on itunes I changed the country to South africa. Now when I log into Itunes I can see the music/movies i had originally purchased but I cannot access it on my South African Iphone. Is this something that can be fixed? or do i need to go back to being in the uk on my devices?
