I bought a new I pad I want to download some movies I am going away tonight and its asking for job security questions at which I put the answers and it says wrong I can't remember what I put years ago what do I do I just bought a $100 I tunes card
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get them reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

i Have iphone5,itouch and ipad2 under my name but my id for the said gadget is my previous IF which is unable now cos i forgot the password so i decided to buy and create a new id.. But when i tried to open the find my iphone app its asking for icloud id which is already unable.

What you mean by 'buy and create a new id', it's free to create iTunes accounts. But until you've logged out of your existing account, you won't be able to log into a new account. -
I have an iPhone and recently bought an iPod 4 touch what l am using the same apple ID for. The iPod won't let me download songs from iTunes it is asking me security questions which I don't think I have put answers to in the first place, because of this it won't let me buy any songs on iTunes
It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

Hello! Lightroom is asking for serial number, which I don't have, despite just buying the Cloud? I had a trial version of LR, downloaded the Cloud, every other program works, including trials, but Lightroom does not. Any ideas how I can get it to work?

If you mean that you don't have a rescue email address set up on your account as described on the page that you posted from (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I am trying to purchase an app and when I try to it tells me to login. When I log in it ask me security questions which I don't even remember the answers to. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes.

I've just updated my old iphone4 to ios7. this phone as no sim card, as i use it more like an ipod..after the update it ask for a code, i put in the passlock code.
Unbeknown to me the sim lock and the passlock codes were different! as the sim as been deactiavted by my carrier they cant give me a PUK code!
I'm now stuck with a phone i cant use
any suggestions please!Plug your phone into the wall charger for at least 30 minutes...make sure you have a sim card in the phone...then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.
Make sure you have no anti-virus software running or any firewalls...turn all of that stuff off. -
look I updated my phone to iOS 8.0.2 and now any time I back out of an app to text someone or check on another app it refreshes the page (if I'm on the internet) or the app and it's really annoying. If someone could please tell me how to fix this or just help get a new software up please do. It is racking up my data usage with all the refreshing and its getting really annoying and expensive.
Thank you.Same issue here both with my iphone 5S as well as my iPad2. THe sync to my macbook air does not complete and it shows a large overcapacity level when connected, but once I disconnect there is plenty of room (4 GB) available, not a 20 GB overage.

In the Airplay settings section on AppleTV there should be an option to enable/disable Airplay a password - basically used to stop someone hijacking someone else's AppleTV display unless they know the code.
