HT1476 I have a brand new iphone 5s but every time i connect to charge it with the charger that came the following image gets display "this accessory is not supported". How can i fix it?

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. The new Apple Support Communities made things worse by introducing certain inefficiencies. Then came Lion. The flood of messages that came with Lion required a painful choice for any of the people who had been helping here: (1) Give quality responses to a few questions and ignore the rest. go to the itunes store. select more in the bottom right select purchased. then press the cloud icon to DL striaght to the phone. Id use wifi. you can also DL into computer then synv over to phone.

Try inserting and removing headphones in succession 6-7 times.
If this does not work, take it to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and have them evaluate it.

I have a brand new iPod Touch. I recorded three voice memos, then synced with my computer. Now the voice memo feature no longer works on my iPod.

My iPod touch is no longer recording voice memos. It worked for a while, then I synced it with my computer. Now it no longer works. I bought this for the main purpose of recording, and it no longer does this. It responds like it is recording, i.e. the needle moves in response to sound, but nothing is saved, and when I try to see the list of memos on the iPod by touching the correct button, absolutely nothing happens.

Does the iOS device connect to other networks?
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Test it on another network--like at McDonals. If it works there, you got an issue on your home network--like a router setting.

Well, if it goes to VM immediately the call isn't reaching your phone, so no wonder it isn't ringing. Do you see a network displayed in the upper left of the screen? Have you activated the phone by connecting to a computer with the latest version of iTunes? Have you called your carrier to make sure they have provisioned it correctly?

However, SMS is a carrier function. You say that iMessage is working, so I would contact the carrier since it is SMS is not working.

I have a brand new iphone 4s unlocked version from singapore and I am experiencing constant network fluctuations on my iphone , no service, call failed, invalid sim, sim failure, bars fluctuating from 5 - 3 - 2 - 1, no signal/bars searching etc... Ifeel miserable after trying out all the options changed multiple sims, tried multiple carriers, restored the phone back and have set-up as new device but the problem does not get solved... its is so frustrating that after investing on a world's most expensive phone you cannot enjoy the calling features which the phone offers which is the main thing you own the phone for.. Rest of the things are working.. The funniest part I am not able to make calls or receive calls but can access the internet.. I have tried every possible thing and really very frustrated with this iphone of mine...I hope the problem gets solved.. would anyone have any solutions to this problem.. Does it mean one should never update software as I hear that after updating to IOS.5.1 the problem has started coming and same has been with there.... Apple says its a hardware failure which is very difficult to digest as sometimes I get 5 bars and able to make and receive calls but 95% of the time I am unable to. If your phone is still under warranty, get it checked by Apple or visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider to find out what the problem might be.

Have you updated your iTunes on your computer? WIth a device running iOS7, you need iTunes 11.
When you removed iTUnes, did you see something named 'apple mobile device support' or something like it? (The exact name varies from operating system to operating system). If you see that, uninstall it too. That's the drivers for your iPhone and they should self-install when you plug your device in.
If all that is fine, have you checked your cable and USB port? a malfunctioning cable can keep you from syncing.
