    You may not be able to get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

    It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the problem was on their end preventing the movie from downloading in a reasonable time.

  • I am being charged for 3 GB that apparently Verizon hadn't caught up on that I had used!! The last night of my cycle I called and checked and I had .5 GB left and right before midnight when the cycle ended it caught up on 3 GB!! I now have to pay for this

    Data usages are always estimated...I don't believe any carrier post data usage in real time.  I've had my data increased due to a large chunk being unaccounted for at the time of my cycle.  Thankfully when I'm billed for it...it has never pushed me over my limit.

    I doubt that this is happening.  Why do you think that you are being charged for all 78?
    Did you buy them again?
    You only buy one download, so if you downloaded them again you would have to pay again.

    Yes, you will be charged - you are charged as soon as you click/press then rent or buy button, whether or not you then watch them.

    Verizon sent me a replacement phone through the US postal service and I never recieved it.  Verizon then sent me a phone from FedEx (I believe) and I recieved it and sent the impaired phone back.  Now I am being charged for the phone the post office never delivered.  I have been working on this for more than two months and I still haven't gotten it straightened out.  I have spoken with mulitple service representatives who all seem very nice and helpful and they all tell me that they can see the issue and that it should be cleared up in a couple of days and that they will follow up with me to let me know that it has been taken care of but to this day I have not recieved any follow up and the charge is still on my bill.
    What do I have to do to get this taken care of.

    thanks. yes i am aware of the VoiceOver feature but it is NOT the solution to my problem. as you said, it is a solution to a different set of issues. i want the text to speech ability because i there are books i need to read but do not have the time to sit down and read them and have become used to listening to them read to me either by a professional human reader or with the text to speech software on the Kindle.
    I think Apple makes the best audio devices but i am really disappointed in this inexplainable shortcoming. if apple can give us siri they ought to be able to design a nice little button that i can push to turn on text to speech while i am in a document, book, magazine or webpage. clearly it is possible as apple has added the "reader" button in safari to have web pages dropped into the reader format.
    thanks for your suggestion though, it is what everyone suggests but it does not address the issue.

    I tried to download a movie for a flight. I was charged for a movie but it never downloaded fully... How do I get my money back as i now have no use for the movie on my ipad?

    You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    Could have been a number accessed from a sky box or free view box. Pressing the red button can instigated a charged call. Do that a few times on xfactor or strictly and the cost soon builds up.

    I just bought Photoshop / Lightroom CC for $9.99 for my iMac.  My iMac Finder indicates I I have the PS CC 2014.app and BRIDGE and CC Cloud.  I do not have Lightroom CC.  Please tell me how to get it.  My login is [email protected]  (I had a trial version of PS CC before I just bought the combination.)

    I just fiddled around with the Adobe site starting with questions on
    google.  I don't remember what items I clicked on.  I must have done
    something right because magically I got into some section of CC and there
    in the upper right corner were three buttons: one was for PS (the button
    was for Update); the second was for BRIDGE (the button was for Update) and
    the third was for Lightroom (the button was for INSTALL).  I clicked on
    install and apparently Lightroom is now on my computer.  Now all I have to
    do is find out if it works.  I've never used it before and I want to get my
    folders and files somewhat organized and named before I start working with
    it.
    I think my problem may be solved but I'll probably be back to this forum
    with more questions.  Thanks to both of you for your comments.

  • Why am I being charged for a tablet that was supposed to be free?

    When I purchased my newest phone last month, I was offered a free tablet. I was told I would have to pay the activation fee of $35 but after that there would be no additional charges as we had qualified for some type of deal based on our account standing that would cover any monthly charge. I just got our bill and was also charged a $20 monthly fee. I called Verizon and they said this was a store issue and I had to call the store. I called the store and the call was automatically re-routed to Verizon Customer Care. They  tried the store (Florence KY on Mall Road) and said the store wasn't answering. I again explained the situation and they (Kiva in Customer Care) said they had been getting multiple complaints about this from various stores but there was nothing they could do and there was no manager available to talk with either, of course.  Obviously multiple complaints have been coming through and no one can do anything? And the store won't answer their phone? This is ridiculous.

    I got my iPad free with my trade ins and a free Verizon tablet. I hadn't been back since the purchase date but had $458 in equipment charges on my bill three months later. Customer care told me that I did pay for my iPad and thats what the charges were. I had to go to the store to try and sort out. I got $139 in credits but still ended up having to pay $900 to turn my phones back on and they would research and refund. It's nearly two months with no resolution.

    Average of 48 hours to download, then it fails.  Not sure how much movie I have paid for movies, but I have never been able to watch the first one.

    I was having the same problem--I have an Apple wireless router.  Anyway, another user told me to completely disconnect the power to my wireless router (power cycle) to reboot it.  After that, everything has worked perfectly.
    Give it a whirl.
