I am wanting to use my iTunes gift card but it says that I have to verify my account. I thought I had already done this. It says I have to answer two security questions but I can't remember the answers to the questions. When I go to change the answers to something I will remember It keeps sending the email to an old email account. How do I change this. It is very annoying

You may end up scheduling them to call you. I know I tried to get the reset info sent to me three times and the mails never came so I just asked for support to call me.

I verify my identity just by logging in with my password, not being able to add a rescue email address without answering the security questions is just extra hastle and doesn't increase security. No one knows my password so how could they break into my account? I understand having security questions to change your password but not for adding an email address.

I have a new ipad and can not buy anything on the app store until i can resolve this.

You might just have to contact Apple and ask them to remove it (losing it). Usually people clear a balance by buying one song and having the exact remainder charged to their credit card, but if you don't have a US credit card you cannot do that.
