I would like to inform you that i already purchased the same app from itunes store - namely Copilot live premium navigation software from 12.01.2013.
Thus I am being charged twice for the same product.

Hello, I have Acrobat XI Pro for which I pay by monthly subscription. Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. Would you please advise and assure me that this matter has finally been resolved and that I will no longer receive these notifications each month..
I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription. -

You can access this page for a Local to you version from iTunes when it is logged into the Store and going to the bottom of the page and clicking Support.
In the page that appears in your Browser go to the bottom of the menu and click Contact Support.

I receive an error stating that I have insufficient funds in my account when I want to purchase an app off of the Mac App Store, yet I have enough credit on my account. The app costs $29.99 and I have over $40 available.
Is there anybody that could help?

By the today e-received updates for Adobe Photoshop Elemenst 12.1 and Adobe Premiere Elements 12.1 I got this error messages: Failure code = U44M1P2003. What to do? System = Window7 64bit.
Sometimes the Adobe servers used for the updates can get busy and it’s necessary to try a couple of times. Also make sure you don’t have a firewall which may be blocking the connection. It sometimes helps to temporarily disable internet security/anti-virus software. Because the Organizer is shared by both programs it often helps to do the PSE update first, followed by the PRE update in that order.
Select the 12.1 update for PSE from the updater dialog and ensure everything else is unchecked. Quit PSE and PRE if you have it running and then start the update.
If PSE updates properly to 12.1 repeat the process for PRE. -
I am having difficulty including text with iPhotos I want to share through email. I get a red exclamation mark along with a statement stating that the text doesn't fit into the designated text area. This is so frustrating. Before iLire11 I was easily able to share photos with email messages. Arghhhh!
In the iPhoto preferences you can set Apple Mail as your e-mail client and then it will work exactly as before

I'm trying to update my iphone, but when I download the software update and then when it is "complete" a message pops up stating that it has been timed-outed and to try again later. This is the 5th time i've tried. And i am getting very annoyed. Can anyone help me?

I previously installed Adobe Photoshop CS4 on my Macbook Pro. My hard drive crashed, and I had to get a new hard drive replaced. Now upon trying to reinstall CS4 from a backup copy CD (with licensing, serial number available), I receive an error 6 stating that the "licensing for this product has stopped working". Yesterday, I spent several hours repairing this shit. Today, I get an automatic update that put me right back in the same predicament. I need an older version so that downloading videos will work on Real Player. Either that or fix your newest download so that it will let Real Player work. Send a link to download the older version of Firefox. Then tell me how to never get an automatic update
By the way, there are a lot of downloader add-ons that don't have the compatibility problems that have plagued the Realplayer add-on.

Just bought a new iPod Touch 16G - (I think it's a 5th gen.). I used my old iPod to record music rehearsals. This new iPod is stating that my old Belken mic (with new adaptor) is not compatible. Does this new iPod Touch have ability to record audio? If so, what do I need for a mic??

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
