Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'

I dont know my email that resets my security questions and i need it because i dont know my security question answers. What should i do?

    Contact Apple. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

  • HT201303 I'd like my security questions/answers reset.

I'd like my security questions/answers reset.

    Method 1 (preferred)
On a computer, go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and select "Manage your Apple ID". Log in with your Apple ID and password, then select Password and Security from the left column.
Supply the answers to your security questions and click Continue. You need to know the answers to your existing security questions before you can change them or create new questions.
If you do not remember your answers, there may be a link on that page where you can have a reset email send to your "Rescue email address", as long as you provided one in the past. This option will not appear if you have not already provided a Rescue email address.
About the Rescue email address: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
Check all your known email addresses for their response, which will contain further instructions to follow. The email is automated and should arrive immediately. Check your spam / junk folder if you believe you did not receive it.
Method 2 (you cannot perform the above and you're stuck)
If there does not seem to be any way to reset your security questions, you need to contact Apple.
    Start here:
    https://expresslane.apple.com/
Navigate the columns as follows: All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Compose a thoughtfully worded email explaining your dilemma, and politely ask to have your security questions reset. There are over 400 million iTunes account holders and Apple receives a great many of these questions every day, so make sure yours is easily understood.
You should receive a confirmation email immediately. Check your email spam / junk folder for it because a humanoid should respond in a business day or two, who will probably request you provide some more security-related information before your questions can be reset. You will have to wait for another reply which will provide instructions for resetting your password and your answers to the security questions.
Normal business hours apply, so if it is Friday you may have to wait until Monday.
These back-and-forth emails may result in a week of correspondence before it is fixed.

Every time i try to buy something from the AppStore  on my iPad or iPhone 4S i cant because i most answer the security question but I don't remember my security question answer, when I try to go change it from my Apple account he ask me the security questions agin and I don't know the answer help plzzz, note: I can't call the apple support because I live in Saudi Arabia

If you don't see the 'send reset info' button on the page where you can change them then I assume that you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset. You could try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

  • HT5312 I forgot my security questions answers. help?

What are my security questions answers?

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

  • HT201303 I cannot remember my security question answers. What do I do?

I cannot remember my answers to the security questions. Can I reset them?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go tomanage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

  • HT201303 What if I forget security question answers

My kids have new iPods and apple is asking security questions that I can't remember!

If you don't remember any of the security questions, you'll actually have to get Apple involved.  I just spoke with Apple support within the last two days and this is what you'll need.
As long as your apple id account has a good credit card number in it and you have the serial number of at least one of the devices associated with the apple id acccount, they ccan reset your security questions.
If you don't have any serial numbers, if you can guess any of the security questions with the support agent, they can disable the security questions so you can proceed to set them up again.
You will need to have at least two different pieces of information for them to help you.
Hope this helps, and the link to the management page is  https://appleid.apple.com/

  • Apple ID for children / unknown security question answers / help needed

    Good morning:
I have a question about my son's Apple ID that's been lingering for a bit.
Two years ago I set him up with a new Apple ID to purchase games and the like using gift cards that he occasionally gets for his birthday or Christmas. He is currently only 12, so I had to set him up with a false birthdate. However, despite my best efforts I appear to have lost the answers to the security questions; I thought I answered them with correct facts from my own life, but I've tried many permutations and none seem to work.
In addition, I didn't set up the account with a backup email address, so I can't reset the security questions.
The problem manifests itself in purchasing apps on a new iPhone (he gets our handmedowns). Because it's a new device, he's not allowed to purchase anything from ther store until he verifies his identify by answering his security quesitons. Unforutnately, he can't. He still can download apps on iTunes on a computer, but that's not a great substitute. In addition, we worry that avenue will be cut off someday. It's particularly annoying since I understand the security considerations, but he's never had a credit card linked to his acccount, only store credit, so the risk with a hijacking is minimal.
So, what I need to do is to be able to reset the security questions. Any suggestion as to how I sould do that? I was giong to just call Apple and explain things, but one thing that concerns me is if I identify myself that may lock the account. Perhaps I should wait until he turns 13 in a few months and so could legally have his own account? One workaround would be to start a new account, but if his old one is locked than I assume his old purchases could not be retrieved in the future.
Thanks very much, and happy holidays.
    - geoff

All downloads from the store are tied to the account that downloaded them, so if you do create a new account all of his existing downloads will remain tied to his old account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset (whether the 13 years old will matter if you contact them I don't know).
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you don't have a rescue email address set, then you're SoL.
If you do, then reset your info and check in there.
If not, you'll have to contact iTS, and wait for God knows how long for Apple to complete its pending investigation in this SNAFU.
