Hi, I just synched my iphone4s to new iphone6. Majority of photos in iCloud still show on old phone (4s). i6 phone is not loading most of them from iCloud. Any idea why?
You cannot do anything to effect the Photo Stream except delete photos. Photo Stream automatically loads photos that you take as you take them into the Photo Stream. It then removes anything over 30 days old automatically.

On the mac's system preferences: click the iCloud icon, then "sign out" button. After, you can enter the new ID.

you have to go into Settings > Store > Apple ID: (your old ID should be there) Click on the old ID. Sign out. Then Sign in with your new ID.

All apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account or Apple ID that was used to download the apps.
You must use the iTunes account or Apple ID that was used to download an app in order to install an app update.
Not possible to transfer apps from one iTunes account or Apple ID to another and the same for merging accounts. -

How do I get my 300 playlists back on my IPhone after installing new IPhone software? The playlists still show in my ITunes on my computer but not in my IPhone. You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

Hi there. I am having difficulty buying apps from the App Store. I recently changed my e-mail associated with my apple account. when i try to purchase an app, the cue to sign in does not show my new e-mail, but still shows my old e-mail. when I put in my password, it does not work because my password is no longer associated with the old e-mail address. i don't understand why my old e-mail still shows up. Can someone help me?

I channged my Appleid at appleid.com and now the phone stills shows my old id and will not let apps that require id/password prompts work.
Just scroll to the bottom of the screen in the store, log out and then login with the new ID.
As long as you changed it from the manage account option at https://appleid.apple.com/ (ie. replaced the primary email address with a new one), then all your old purchases should be fine. -

You've reached the right place for help! Once the mobile number is changed, you must activate the new number on your phone. Depending on the model phone you have, you may have to simply reboot your device. If a 3G phone, you may dial *228 (send) and select option number one to activate.
Once completed dial #832 (send) to place a test call and ensure that new number is activated. Let us know if this helps.

Do you mean you changed your existing apple id to a new email address, still associated to your existing apple id?
If that's the case, just click the sign out button in the icloud preferences, and sign in with the new email address.
If you're actually created an entirely new apple id with your new email address, you'll have to do some exporting/importing. -
I just changed my user name to my e-mail address on my iMac. It works fine there but when I try to use my iPhone it still shows my old user name and will not let me enter??
There is no user name needed to "enter" or use iPhones...
Assuming you mean your iTunes Store account ID:

If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll).
