Hi I upgraded my icloud storage a week ago - it said I could cancel withing 15 days but I can't find out how to do it?

Are you using the Office for Mac 2011 version, as you need to do? The Office for Mac 2004 is Not at all compatible with Mountain Lion, and the 2008 version has been noted to have some problems running with ML.

I want to backup my photos collection to the web which totals around 35GB. If I upgrade my iCloud subscription to the 55GB $100 per year option will it grab everything in the library and store all images in the Photo Stream?

Kieran.You can't back up computers to iCloud, get yourself an external drive for backups.

If you are canceling a storage upgrade within 15 days of purchase, in the U.S. you can call 1-800-MYAPPLE for a refund.

I upgraded my Icloud storage capacity to a higher tier and my Iphone does not reflect the change although my credit card was charged and the device is nor properly backup. How can this be resolved?
It seems to take up to a couple of days for the upgrade to take hold, at least that's the experience of some users. Give it 24 hours before contacting apple.

iCloud requires OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. You will need to upgrade to either Lion or Mountain Lion in order to set up iCloud on your Mac. First check to see if your system meets the system requirements to upgrade.
Lion system requirements are:
Mac computer with an Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
2GB of memory
OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)
7GB of available space

If you can run Mountain Lion, you can purchase an upgrade from the Mac App Store. If you can only run Lion, contact the online store in your country and purchase a download code to download it from the Mac App Store.

have you read the message in the panel? Something is wrong with your credit card. Perhaps you have to enter a new date of expiration.
In the small print it says, there is still a purchase, that needs paying,"Ugly Heart" with an amount of R 9.99. And "We were unable to authorise your credit card for this purchase". You will first have to update your Billing Information before you can proceed to make a new purchase for upgraded storage. Click "Account Details" in the iCloud panel.

If you cannot fix the account from the iCloud panel, open iTunes and sign into the "Store" menu, Then use the "Store > View account" item there to check for problems with your Billing Information. -

How long did you wait for the systm to catch up to your request for more storage? it can take a little while, up to an hour sometimes I have heard.
If you don't see any more room after waiting a while, try resetting your phone to see if it appears then.

The closest you will get to have your photos live in iCloud and not taking as much storage space on your iPhone is by using iCloud Photo Library. What it does is makes your Photos live in iCloud but also appear on your iPhone and other iOS devices and computers. It will be the exact same so any changes will be reflected everywhere. When they are on your iPhone, there is an option to use a compressed version. Take a look at the FAQs page and let me know if you have any other questions before making this decision to turn this on. I would also make sure that you have a safe copy of your photos before moving forward.

I purchased and added iTunes credit to my daughter's account and then upgraded her iCloud storage without any trouble however, a month later Apple sent an email that they were unable to bill for this month. Her iTunes account has nearly $15 in credit and she's only on the $0.99/per month upgrade. Can't iTunes credit be used for iCloud purchases? I seem to recall that my iCloud renewed last year from a credit I had in my account.
You need a CC to purchase a gift card with you iTunes account.

No. iTunes match does not use your icloud storage. Match scans your library to determine which tracks are matched or uploaded.
