My Touch did not update with the changes i made in ITunes. I changed my user ID email address.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
When you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have attempted this many times to no avail. As I said in my original post, "I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week."

Cannot find a place to define the UOM of our CMIR entries

We currently have a requirement to create customer material number info records for certain consignment customers. However, while doing so, we cannot find a place where we can define the Unit of Measure of our CMIR entries. We can specify our material number & the customers' material number, but we cannot specify for which unit the customer material entry applies to. Most of our materials are composed of 3 units:
-     Base Unit - which is the inventory unit of measure
-     Sales Unit - this is the unit at which we commonly sell the items, but there are certain consignment customers whom we must bill in base unit.
-     Other Unit - Usually KAR (Carton) which is a higher unit compared to the sales unit. Commonly used for large bulk orders.
In the case of our consignment billing, we must be able to define at which unit the materials are supposed to be billed to for each specific customer.

I installed Firefox today and as of yet, I haven't been able to use the Enter button in the address or search bar. I can use every other key except that one. Thus, it makes Firefox unusable and useless. Can anyone help me out? I even went as far as disabling every single addon that came with the default installation of Firefox and uninstalling my AVG. I have been trying to change my Apple ID for my iPhone account because the e-mail on there is an old e-mail that I cannot use anymore. I have went on the website and went through all of the steps of changing it, and I've changed everything to my updated e-mail and verified it as well. On my phone, it still has my old e-mail address, and keeps popping up any time I try to access iCloud, iMessage, etc. that my password or e-mail is invalid. I'm not sure why it's not changing on my phone or what other steps I'm supposed to take in changing it.

Cleartune has updates available, but I keep getting a message saying "cannot connect to Itunes store" all other updates work just fine? The one app I paid for is the one that for some reason will not work. How can I upgrade without buying it again?

I loaded cleartune a while back, there are upgrades/updates available, which I'm trying to load. When I choose update, it asks for my password, which I provide and I get a message saying "cannot connect to Itunes store" I have many other apps I've loaded and upgraded just fine. However this one, the one I actually wanted bad enough to pay for, is wanting me to delete it and buy another copy. How can I update Cleartune without buying it again?

This is a very interesting situation. I did try to update one of my apps within itunes as was suggested. That worked !!
But then I noticed that I had 2 different logins that I must have created over the years. I almost forgot. I have a apple ID and an AOL ID. It seems that I purchased (actually they are all free) some apps with one ID and other apps with the other ID. I must have done this by accident.
So when I log out of one of the IDs on my Touch and then log in with the other ID, I can update the apps.
It seems that something changed on Apple's servers. It seems that until recently I was able to update free apps regardless of what ID I originally bought them with. Now it seems that's not the case. Apple must check this now.
Now that I know what the issue is, I'll make sure I use one ID all the time.

Adobe Reader will work, and I cannot find the fix

When I try to open a PDF, Adobe reports an internal error and shuts down.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but when I try either, I cannot complete the install or uninstall because I get the message of error 1606 could not access network location %APPDATA%\.
I do not know what to do next to fix the problem

Open Windows Explorer and type %appdata% into the address bar; where does it take you when you hit the Enter key? Or do you get an error message?

Have you checked both devices are using the same network and that your firewall or security software aren't blocking iTunes.

I tunes will find it by itself during the install process. It is in settings if you want to know what it is, but you do not need it for the install process.

The Suggest Nothing setting will not activate so as no suggestions show up in the address bar. What is going on here?

Tried following the instructions to disable the suggestion feature but I am not successful in having the location bar show no suggestions as i type the entry.

Is your device recognized by your computer? If yes, copy the pictures and videos as shown in this article:
Copying personal photos and videos from iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer
If it is not recognized, try this first: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
Disable autosync in iTunes, right click on it in the device list and choose "transfer purchases" to copy apps and other media bought in iTunes to your new library.
Do the same again and choose "backup", to create a manual backup without syncing.
Since your device will be erased due to the new iTunes library during the first sync, you can use this backup afterwards to restore your settings and data.
Set up at least one contact and event on your computer before you start, to be able to merge calendars and contacts.
