just bought imac, the shop has installed facetime, but when i dial one of my contacts, receiver doesnt hear the ringing tone....simply doesnt work, have tried to call even my ephone. same story, can someone helps?tks

You can't install FaceTime. For iPads bought in the UAE and Saudi Arabia (and possibly a few other countries) it is blocked by the device's serial number due to restrictions by those countries governments and it can't be installed, including by iOS updates.

There are SIM cutter's/punches that will cut a full size sim into a micro sim.
Then you can use the old part of the large sim as a holder/adapter of the newly made micro sim
as a full size sim.

No. Only those Apps that are not installed on the new will migrate over.
