Trying to purchase Josh Grobans net download,get a redeem screen asking for gift card or code, I have credit on account also a credit card on file no code
I would suggest contacting itunes support as it tells you to do.

The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

That refers to the 3 digit security code on the back of your credt card, not a security code for the iPad.

Can somebody please give me a way round my problem?
My cards are from England but the registered address is in Thailand.
When l try to make a purchase on the app store l get the message that my cards are not valid in Thailand!
l have a paypal account but there is no option on my account to use it!
Any ideas?The Cards need to be registered in the Country you are in.

From my Iphone 4S, I have trouble making purchases and will frequently get an error message that says, "Unaable to complete purchase at this time. Contact Itunes Store Support to complete this purchase." The strange thing is that it will sometimes go through without any problem but 1 out of 3 times this happens. Any sugguestions? Two days ago I changed my apple id. Itunes recognizes my new apple id when I access itunes via the computer. when I try to make a purchase or update my apps on my iphone, it asks to give the password to the old apple id. How do i change it on my iphone?
Apps and music are forever tied to the Apple ID under which they were purchased. If you don't want to continue to get that message, delete the apps and purchase them again with your new Apple ID.
