Hello i'm facing problem i downloaded itunes version 11 32bit for windows 7 and after i installing the set up when i opened the iTunes a massages occur saying i tunes could not connect to iTunes store an unknown error occurred (-3212) even though my internet is on

Try this...
Triple click anywhere in the line below to select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it.
cmd /k netsh winsock reset
Press the WinLogoKey+R to open the run dialog, then Ctrl+V to paste, then press enter/return.
You should get something similar to this:
Reboot the computer and the problem should be resolved.
If it doesn't work then perhaps a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes will fix things. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.

I've done a search on here and haven't found any solutions posted for it for windows computers. You could try posting in the iTunes For Windows forum and see if you get any suggestions in there (are you able to download other items from the store e.g. a free app ?) - I use a Mac, the only things that I could think of to suggest trying is see if you get the same error on a different iTunes library :
creating and/or opening a different iTunes library : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1589
or using a different user account on your computer in case it's a problem with that user account.
But you may want to try the iTunes For Windows forum first, apart from anything else you are likely to get better help for the above

This alert is often the result of an issue with verifying your billing.
Quit iTunes.
Open iTunes.
Test the issue.
If it persists, sign in to store.apple.com using your iTunes account
Click on Change account information
Modify or remove your credit card information.

If you have I'd try calling AppleCare back and telling the it is error 5002 and already tried troubleshooting steps as listed in TS3297 and that you have already tried to email iTunes support and have yet to recieve a response.

Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software isn't interfering with ports 80 or 443 or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow these steps to troubleshoot security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (go to "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you're using a proxy, try again without using a proxy.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network.

For the past month or so I've been unable to sync it with iTunes. When I do, it starts but after a few hundred songs, I get the error that "itunes could not copy [song title] because an unknown error occurred (-54). When I click OK, it then says "synching" but nothing is actually happening, and the only way to even get my browser working again is to restart my pc. I have deleted the song in question, but it will just do it again with a different song. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes to the most recent version, reset the iPod Touch numerous times, As well as deleting the iTunes files off of my computer and reloading all the muisc to it. To make things more interesting, it does all of this on my laptop pc as well as my desktop.
