HT4009 i never received an in app purchase

I purchased 14.99 stack of gold bars in the monopoly hotels app , but i never received them .

I have the same issue with buying donuts from The Simpsons: Tapped out. It timed out when I made the purchase so I tried again and the same thing happened.
Later that evening I receive two invoices for the purchases, $10.49 each. I tried all the troubleshooting items on the site here and they still didn't appear. I've contacted the game vendor as the Apple site says and the vendor, EA, are telling me to follow the same process and to contact Apple if I have any problems!
Where does one contact Apple about it? There's no problem submission on this lousy "support" site, instead they make the customers talk to each other about the issues. As this site points out, in app currencies are not transferrable so unless another Apple customer is going to give me $20.98, I don't see how other customer's can assist.
EA is asking me for a litany of details about my device and quite frankly I don't feel as though I should be doing any of this. I don't see why EA and Apple can't sort it out amongst themselves to either refund my money or give me what I've paid for instead of passing the buck on to each other.

    Hello,
    Before you read, I apologize if this is in the wrong category.
    About 2 days ago I purchased gold in "Temple Run 2" for $4.99(in-app purchase). I didn't get the gold, and it charged my iTunes account. I got the receipt. I made the purchase on 3G, maybe it lagged out but still charged me.
    Is there any way to get my gold or my $4.99 back? I don't want to make a huge deal about $4.99, though.

    I have already tried to contact the  support center for the app/game where I tried to make a purchase (Zynga), but I'm not sure how I should go about contacting iTunes about this issue.  Will iTunes even be able to do anything about it?  I tried to make an In-App purchase on May 19/12, but received several error messages as I was attempting to make the purchase.  As a result, I did not receive the game tokens I was trying to purchase, but I was billed for 4 transactions. I received receipts from iTunes detailing my purchases, even though none of the purchases actually resulted in me receiving any game tokens. Any advice on how to proceed?

    If you haven't received the item but you've been charged for it then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that in-app purchases and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    I recently downloaded TripIt. When I tried to figure out the things accidently click on a link and take me to purchase the service with no price displayed. I thought it was free. It actually did purchase one year of TripIt Pro Services for $48.95. How can I cancel this service. Is anyone done it before? I can't see any # to call hence try to use this community support service. This is my first time. Please share information if you have any.

    Apple's official policy is purchases are final.  You can contact customer service and ask about a refund but there is no standard procedure.

    You should perhaps disable features on your phone that simplify making purchases so as to make purchasing items a more focussed procedure.

    Monopoly Hotels:  I made an in-app purchase of Monopoly Money, but it never got credited in my game.  I have not been able to find anything on the Support page regarding this.  I went into my account, found my purchase, clicked on "report a problem" but I haven't gotten anywhere with that to actually report a problem.

  • HT4009 I bough pinball arcade in app purchases ( all pinball machines that were available  ).  Now that I have new iphone, Itunes charged me again to download them on new phone.  They then told me they could do nothing.  Help.  They are ********.

    I bought and downloaded pinball acade from itunes in the last year.  I bought all in app puchases possible ( all pinball machines). Downloading them to my itouch an ipad as necessary.  Sometimes they would crash and I would simply reload them.  I bought a new iphones this week and while putting this app on my
    new phone (with in app puchases) I noticed my balance on my Itunes account was going down faster than my gas tank.  They were charging me again  I contacted Apple and Itunes and they told me it was not there problem and I needed to contact Pinballarcade.com.  That is like buying a washing machine from Sears and after having problems, they tell me to contact Kenmore.  I have bought thousands in music and apps over the years.  I will start switching to other services in the future.  I also have an occupation that allows me to interact with the public.  Whenever the opportunity allows,  I will tell them of my experiences.
    I did try to contact pinballarcade.com, but the website is not working, and I am running out of patience.

    The Same thing happened to me! I lost about 15 Tables from all first 3 seasons and I contacted their shoddy support email, and got a response saying that I should do this that and the other thing and I followed their advice only to get the same result....All of those table are still only available to me if I purchase them!  I am so upset, I think I lost about $60.00 in purchases for which I have all my receipts for....Anyone know an answer?  No snarky replies please, what do you have to gain from that..I'm sure we've all been screwed by in-app purchases before and you know what a shock it is.  Thanks in Advance!
