HT4009 didn't receive an in-app purchase, what do I do?  i have already contacted the dev and they say to contace itunes?

I made an In-app purchase with Rock the Vegas on Sat. 8/18/2012 for gold coins in the game.  I did not receive them.  I have wrote to the company and they say they do not have a record of the purchase.  I sent them the confirmation email from itunes, yet they still don't show the purchase and they asked me to contact itunes.  I have searched and cannot find a way to rectify my problem.  Can you help, please.

    Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
    If you have a problem with an app that the developer can't/won't help you with then you will need to contact iTunes Support, either as described on the page that you posted from, or via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem

    Hi..
    Delete the app then reinstall.
    Hold the app icon down until all the apps jiggle then tap the x then tap Delete. Press the Home button once or twice to stop the jiggling.
    Then go to the iTunes store and re download the app.
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    That should download the most recent version including whatever update was available.
    You won't be charged again.

    I purchased an iphone 4 from a friend, i somehow cleared it and it's now at the original activation screen, i have spoken to the carrier and they have unlocked it for me. Once the carrier unlock details get sent to apple, will i be able to use any carrier sim card to activate the iphone? currently when i connect to itunes it says the sim is not the original one and i need to insert the original sim... will this happen now that it has been carrier unlocked? i have been told the unlocking can take between 5 and 72 hours, do i just keep trying with itunes or do i have to do something different?
    This is a christmas present for my son and i am running out of time, i'm not in an area that i can just go into an apple store and ask, i'm currently overseas in a very poor country and there are not many iphones that i have seen here so your help would really be appreciated.

    Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone restarts itself. If still problems, Restore iPhone again with iTunes on computer. If you have trouble, put iPhone into Recovery Mode. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, click Restore button of iTunes.

    It sounds like you've installed Mavericks.  You can confirm this by clicking on the Apple located at the top left of the screen and choosing "About This Mac" from the menu.  You should see a window appear with the text "Version 10.9.1" near the middle.
    If it says "Version 10.9.1", then you've installed Mavericks.  It still says "Download" in the App Store because you can still download the operating system after installing it.  This is useful if you want to download it for a friend, or create a USB boot drive.

    Sync the apps to the iPod via iTunes. Make sure that the apps are chaec to syc and the proler boxes checked in the Apps pane for the iPod in iTunes.

    I purchased 14.99 stack of gold bars in the monopoly hotels app , but i never received them .

    I have the same issue with buying donuts from The Simpsons: Tapped out. It timed out when I made the purchase so I tried again and the same thing happened.
    Later that evening I receive two invoices for the purchases, $10.49 each. I tried all the troubleshooting items on the site here and they still didn't appear. I've contacted the game vendor as the Apple site says and the vendor, EA, are telling me to follow the same process and to contact Apple if I have any problems!
    Where does one contact Apple about it? There's no problem submission on this lousy "support" site, instead they make the customers talk to each other about the issues. As this site points out, in app currencies are not transferrable so unless another Apple customer is going to give me $20.98, I don't see how other customer's can assist.
    EA is asking me for a litany of details about my device and quite frankly I don't feel as though I should be doing any of this. I don't see why EA and Apple can't sort it out amongst themselves to either refund my money or give me what I've paid for instead of passing the buck on to each other.

I only received an email saying "Your apple id was just used to purchase Whatsapp Messenger from the App Store on a computer or device that had not been previously been associated with that apple Id.     Not sure why you did this.
    You can change the e-mail address associated with an account.
    All purchases will always be tied to the account form which they were purchased.

    I downloaded the Sims Freeplay app some time ago and it's been smooth sailing.
    I'm a bit of an achievement hunter when I play my games, so I bought a rather expensive home to earn one particular achievement.
    My "Pro Skater Deam Pad" was built, but the achievement was never awarded. Odd. So I restarted my iPad and thus the game. Still nothing.
    I've had the house for a few days now and I still haven't been awarded an achievement, so I went to the App Store and clicked App Support.
    It sent me to the EA games homepage, and after scouring the help center with no luck, I was finally pushed into making an account so I could ask my question.
    Lo and behold, the EA games cannot access the Game Center or the App Store or anything else like that, and sent me back to Apple.
    Repeat the cycle here.
    So here's my question and I'd love some answers ::
    "What do I need to do to fix the glitch? The app is up to date and is otherwise running perfectly fine."

    I doubt this warranty is still being honoured, since there was a 2 year time limit.
