HT4009 What do I do if I didn't receive the In-App purchase I tried to make, but was still billed by iTunes?

I have already tried to contact the  support center for the app/game where I tried to make a purchase (Zynga), but I'm not sure how I should go about contacting iTunes about this issue.  Will iTunes even be able to do anything about it?  I tried to make an In-App purchase on May 19/12, but received several error messages as I was attempting to make the purchase.  As a result, I did not receive the game tokens I was trying to purchase, but I was billed for 4 transactions. I received receipts from iTunes detailing my purchases, even though none of the purchases actually resulted in me receiving any game tokens. Any advice on how to proceed?

    I made an In-app purchase with Rock the Vegas on Sat. 8/18/2012 for gold coins in the game.  I did not receive them.  I have wrote to the company and they say they do not have a record of the purchase.  I sent them the confirmation email from itunes, yet they still don't show the purchase and they asked me to contact itunes.  I have searched and cannot find a way to rectify my problem.  Can you help, please.

    I bought Whatsapp on my iphone 3GS today. But I haven't received a receipt yet. But when I bought a paid application before, I received a receipt with all the details (order Id, receipt date, order total, billed to, item, seller, type, unit price, subtotal, tax, order total).     Yesterday, i bought the "Developer Program" for iOS, because i wanna get the Betas of the iOS 7, and i already payed for that, and they said that within 24 hours i would receiva an e-mail of the confirmation of my order to activate the "Developer Program".     It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

The password is correct (I'm able to check my e-mail through my browser at me.com), but for some reason Mail keeps on rejecting it. I usually don't have to input my password at all in Mail. Any clue how to fix this? I haven't changed anything at all on my laptop.

    I did change my apple ID password though...
