HT4009 Why is it when I try to make an in app purchase with my correct info it tells me my info is incorrect?
I keep trying to make in app purchases for games but it tells me my username or password is wrong when I know it isn't. The information works to sign into the store but not for in app purchases. I have already tried resetting the password only to receive the same results.

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -

Common on jailbroken iPhones, not so on non-jailbroken iPhones. Thus, if your phone is not jailbroken, restoring from backup will hopefully fix the issue.

My friend is trying to purchase an IAP on Adobe Photoshop Express, however they get an error saying "Can not buy this item. You must buy the application to which this item is intended to buy the item" when they try to make an In app Purchase". Everything other app is working fine.
Any thoughts/suggestion to make this error go away?I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

When I try to make an in-app purchase, it says it cannot complete the transaction.
So, I downloaded the app Roblox mobile and tried to make an in-app purchase with it, and it worked the first three times, but when I tried a forth time, it said "Please contact Itunes Support to complete this transaction" I then tried purchasing an app, and I was able, same with songs. But not with the in-app purchase. I do not use credit card, but I just got a few Itunes gift cards and I'm using those. I have redownloaded the app and tried over and over, and even waited a day, but it still doesn't work... its an Ipod 4th Gen and I just got it a few days ago, and there's only about ten apps on it. I also got the apple account at the same time. I sent Itunes support a message, but I'm posting this while waiting for their response.

I have ~$34 in my account but I cant buy gems on Kindoms of Camelot: Battle for the North for $29.99. I am able to buy gems for $19.99, then gems for $4.99, and then more gems for $4.99, but i cant buy the one big pack for $29.99. I wouldnt mind normally but the $29.99 pack has %25 more gems than if i were to buy individual $4.99 packs equal to $29.99. This has happened multiple times before but I have ignored it and bought the $19.99 instead. I just redeemed two $15 iTunes cards, so i know that i at least have $30, enough to cover the $29.99 purchase. Is there a glitch in the system or am I being cheated? what can i do to stop/fix this?
the $29.99 doesnt include tax. so if you only have 2 $15.00 cards redeemed you dont have enough to cover the tax...

I believe that it's actually telling you that you need to contact Apple support, and if so you will need to do what it says, contact iTunes Support. Go here:

HT4009 I keep getting a message about contacting Apple Support when I try to make an In-App Purchase
I have tried multiple times to get an In-App Purchase. All I keep getting is a message saying it cannot go through and to contact Apple Supportwith a cutoff Web Address. Anyone else ever run across this message?
Yea, its just wanting you to contact Apple so you can speak with iTunes Support so they can verify your identity and make sure nobody is trying to use your account unauthorized. Call 1.800.275.2273 or go through the Express Lane to send an email to iTunes support
