Please, someone help me. I couldn't play any games on my ipad 2 anymore because I couldn't connect to the server. I reset my password but the Cannot Connect To Game Center server continues to appear. Can anyone give me a solution? I'm a Scrabble Junkie and is in serious pain right now!

on my iphone 3gs, i had the same error. i finally found help that worked on the internet. “Go to Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > On. My setting was set to 'OFF' (no idea how). I changed it and now i can log into game center, the app store and itunes once again.

I've gone thru all my settings and can't seem to find a way to log into my network. Don't get the option to put in my password. It just give me the name of my network and option of dismiss instead of password.

1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

first off , from the wired computer access the router using http://192.168.1.1 .. check the firmware version .. go to www.linksys.com/download and check the latest firmware available...if the router does not have the latest firmware , upgrade it first. .. after the firmware upgrade , reset and reconfigure the router
if the router has the latest firmware , then reset the router for 30 seconds .. do a power cycle...access the router ui ..default password is admin..click on the "mac add clone" subtab , enable it and click clone....save the settings and do a power cycle..ensure that the wired computer is online
on the router web ui , click on the wireless tab ..change the ssid - any non-linksys name , channel - 11 , security mode - wpa , beacon interval - 50 , fragmentation threshold - 2306 , RTS threshold - 2307 ..

Thank you...I did try that and it did not work. I've tried just about everything. Today I tried hooking up to a different TV that does not have a receiver and it works fine. I guess it has something to do with my receiver but I just can't figure it out.

My phone is disabled becuase my password wouldnt work so i plugged it into the computer and held the buttons down but it still can't connect

So my iphone got disabled after putting in my password wrong about 8 times so i called apple and the lady said to plug it into a computer and press the home and top button at the same time, then it will restore after something pops up and u click restore. Well when i tried it said it can't connect until i unlock my phone, so i am completly stuck right now. Is something wrong with the phone(hardware) or i must have done the passsword wrong which i know i didn't.

I think the Apple lady advised you to place the device into Recorery Mode.

Did you successfully place the device into Recorery Mode? If you did a Restore should remove the Passcode.

TS3276 Connect to internet via browser over Airport Express, but Mail app can't connect to internet

Hi - I just moved to a new apartment, and I have an Airport Express that is allowing me to connect to the internet through a browser, but Mail keeps telling me that it can't connect to the internet. I'm guessing it has something to do with the network settings for my Airport Express? Not sure what the right configuration should be. Thanks!

In Mail, from the Window menu select Connection Doctor - any feedback there? Within the window click on Network Diagnostics to see if it offers any clues.

It is possible that these emails are phishing attempts. Do NOT click any link in the email. The phishers are very clever in that they seem to follow Apple Graphic Design Standards to near perfection. A sure way to tell is to examine any link the email contains for its target URL. If it does not point to the apple.com domain - NOT just contain the word "apple"in it 'somewhere - but point to the Apple web presence - it is most certainly phishing. If you determine that it is phishing, you can and should FORWARD the email to [email protected] > then DELETE with Prejudice. Mine did the exact same thing last week.
I did the software update and then the restore and it only restored photos, emails, and iPad settings. It did not restore apps and now my apple ID is no longer associated with my game center ID and I can't figure out how to reconnect them. Any help would be appreciated.
