Settings>Store. Tap on your Apple ID, sign out and then resign in with the correct Apple ID.

Have you set the Print Product Store in the iPhoto Preferences?
In the Preferences > Advanced panel set the Print Products Store to "Austria".

You have to go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your updated credentials. This deletes the account and your synced data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing to a different account, your data will be synced back to your device when you sign back in.

Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and tap the Apple ID, select logout. Then login with your new ID
Note:
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account. You may have already done this.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

You've updated your iTunes account to have your new email address on it - you might need to log out of your account by tapping on it at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in with the updated version of your account so as to 'refresh' the account on it.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. Do you mean you changed your existing apple id to a new email address, still associated to your existing apple id?
If that's the case, just click the sign out button in the icloud preferences, and sign in with the new email address.
If you're actually created an entirely new apple id with your new email address, you'll have to do some exporting/importing.

As long as you changed it from the manage account option at https://appleid.apple.com/ (ie. replaced the primary email address with a new one), then all your old purchases should be fine.

Normally I would say that's because you restricted changes to accounts. Settings>General>Restrictions>Allow Changes>Accounts. If you disable changing accounts the Apple ID will be greyed out, but you said that you were able to change the ID for FaceTime and that shouldn't work either.
for the message about checking the network connection check Settings>General>Date and Time>Set automatically>On. Make sure the time zone is correct as well. Then try restarting the iPad and if you still get the message, reset the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
