HT5312 I am trying to reset security questions. I have made sure i have 2nd email address. I have verified email address. I go to send reset for security questions and i am not getting email back.
I am trying to purchase songs. I am ask 2 security questions. I can't remember answers. I hit the send reset, security questions. I am not getting any response back. I went in and added another email address and verified it hoping that this would work and i would get it sent to that address. Still nothing.
I have a $15 itunes card tied to this. Any help is appreciated.

A second email address is not going to help you. You would have had to set up a Rescue email address prior to forgetting the security questions. At this point, you will need to contact iTunes Support to get them reset:

Yup, your question and Diane's answer helped me also. Tho' I had had problems before getting into the iTunes store I always managed to find a way. Today they had me blocked cold with the "Update to 10" advert no matter what I did. Other questioners are being told, incorrectly as it turns out, that they have to update their OS to accomodate iTunes 10 and upgrade to iTunes 10. I did the download which did not take up much more room on my crowded old hard drive and now I'm back in business.

I have used the Firefox troubleshooting guides, no good. The Java patch is enabled and shows when I check applications. However when I run Firefox plugins it still shows the java plug in is outdated and need to be updated immediately.
OK, I went to the Firefox knowledge base article you cited and followed the directions with the exception that in the drop down menu I choose Adobe Reader for PDF files rather than the plug in default that apparently was set by the Java patch. Problem solved !!!!!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to get me back to the basic place I needed to be to correct this issue. YOU ROCK!!!!

I had an iphone that would not work and they sent me a replacement. I have everything set up the same as my last one except that now on the screen it registers 373 on the mail button. I don't have any mail in my mail box. Everything is cleaned out but it still registers 373 on the front of my phone. How do I get this to go back to normal?
If your email account offers a webmail access, I suggest checking the webmail - log in to your account using the webmail access, and I predict you will see all those "unread" emails there and can dispose of them from there.
This happens because the iPhone that went bad, when reading those emails, did not remove them from your email provider's servier. -
When firefox starts, normally, not after a crash or restore, all the tabs i have pinned as app tabs disappear. I have to go do them all again, and this has happened at least 5-6 times now.
App (pinned) tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data [1] in the file sessionstore.js [2] in the Firefox profile folder [3].
Make sure that you do not use "Clear Recent History" to clear the "Browsing History" when Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

It appears you have the Zoom accessibility feature turned on. Tap the screen twice with three fingers to get to the normal screen. Then go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn off Zoom.

last week my phone was automatically updated after a trip to Europe, now I can no longer access gmail because the browser capability for cookies has been turned off and I can NOT get it back on. Before the trip bluetooth was on partially working with my car and now since the newest update works no more in any form. Anyone else having these problems? Need help!!
As far as automatic update, the iOS cannot be updated without user intervention, so it could not have been automatically updated.
You need to provide more information about your mail. Does this mean you cannot access the Mail app, you cannot download mail, or what? Not sure why you cannot access the cookies setting in Safari. Go to Settings>Safari>Block Cookies>set to what you want.
Problems with 3rd party Bluetooth devices, such as car audio, etc., generally has to do with vehicle manufacturers not providing updates to match the current Bluetooth stacks that are found in today's phones. You can go into the phone and remove the pairing for the car, and then go into car settings and remove the iphone. Then put both devices back into pairing mode and attempt to connect them again. Bought a new Ipod touch and the WiFi does not connect. Tried Reset and total Restore, does not connect to Router on DHCP, tried Static IP, Subnet, Router and DNS manually and still can not get it to connect even though it registers as connected. Using Airport for router, latest firmware, no problems with Iphone 4 or Macbook Pro or any other internet devices. After total Restore (factory settings) tried again, showed connected to router, but does not display "check" next to router but little rotating icon even though the wifi range signal shows connected at full strength and it says it is connected. Just can't seem to get it to generate an IP. Any solutions other than turning it on and off again? Not a Merry Christmas morning.

Second, Airport is an Express and I have a second one that I carry with me when I travel. Tried to connect my Airport Express to the internet and could not although the iPod did recognize the router and tried to connect to the internet for some time, unlike my previous problem. Updated firmware on my travel router, still could not connect to the internet. Going to try to set up a manual Static IP on the travel router here in a few and conect through it although I predict the problem will persist. Back on the Christmas Present Airport Express router, it is back in play and working fine for all devices save the iPod.

I have tried all of the options in your support pages . I am not getting emails in order to reset my email. I did a master reset and it still tells me that my "new" email is in use. I do not get emails regarding recovery key change because the email stays the same . I can log in to your normal support page and I have just changed that password - that worked . . I assume that this password is not my master one . . When I did a master reset, where do I go or what do I do after that??
Struggling now for several hours . . .This page does not help . . When I try to get a new key, it asks for me to log in - email address ok, but incorrect password. Request new password . . no email back to enable me to re-set.
