Hi, could you please help me to reset my security answers? Btw, (forget your answers? send reset security info email to [email protected]) this option is not available in my account.

    If you mean whether you have one, then follow steps 1 to 5 on the HT5312 page that you originally posted from i.e. go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account ; then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side beneath the two questions you will see a reset link if you have a rescue email address on your account.
    If you don't get the reset link then you dont have one, and you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset - use the link/number for your country on the HT5699 link in my above reply.
    When the questions have been reset you can then use steps 1 to 7 on half-way down the HT51312 page to add a rescue email address to your account in case you need it in the future.

    You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

    You can't reset your security questions withour knowing the previous answers. You may wish to contact itunes store support for further help. Here's how to submit your ticket for that:

    Follow these steps:
    All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
    Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
    You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    I need my answers to by music from the store on my new iPad.
    And yes I forgot them. But the problem is, that they are send to an emailadress I do not know. Very weird.
    So now its impossible to by things.

    Hello,
         I am getting back into my account to by some new songs. I know my username and password for itunes, but i have forgotten my security questions, and while trying to guess and spark my memory i locked my self out. Also i have watched tutorials to help me and all of them seem to have a button under the text boxes to enter security questions, this button said it would send them the answers to the security questions through the email. I did not have this option and i am now locked out, i dont know what to do now, can anyone help?

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.

    Trying to reset my security questions, and it said that te email with the reset information went through, but it's been a whole day and I haven't gotten it yet. I've sent it multiple times, too.

    If you aren't receiving the email on your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox), then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

         Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and
         answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided.
         You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so. 
    Frequently asked questions about Apple ID
    A. Manage My Apple ID
        You will have to try and fail 6 or 9 times before you will be
        able to proceed.
    B. Or you can email iTunes Support at iTunes Store Support.
    C. If all else fails:
      1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
      2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
      3. Then choose iTunes Store;
      4. Then choose Account Management;
      5. Now choose Apple ID Account Security and click Continue;

      7. Fill out the email form including your request to change your
          security questions and answers;

    E. Another user had success doing the following:
    I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
    Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
      a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
          tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
      b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
          "done", in the upper right corner
      c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
          Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
          should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
          security questions.
      d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
          selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
          should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
          questions.
        It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin
        from the credit card I am using.

    If you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account as described on the page that you posted from, then the only way is by contacting iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
