I am currently using a iPhone 4 that seems to have a shutter-opening issue on the camera. I think it might be a hardware issue and would like to take it to the Apple Store. However, my phone is unlocked on T-Mobile.

Will Apple only void all warranties if it's jailbroken? Since mine is only unlocked, I was wondering if I'd be taken care of.
Anyone have experience w/ this?

The camera problem is commonly a Hardware Problem covered by Warranty or AppleCare Coverage. I would take the iPhone to Apple for Warranty Coverage. If the Genius decides to replace your iPhone, you will get a like new replacement iPhone 4 in perfect condition. Apple will not repair the iPhone, you will get a completely new to you iPhone. If the Genius determines you are out of Warranty, then you go home with your iPhone same as it currently is.
