All the clues indicate this is not the problem on recipient Server/Client. We are out of control for the message item even doesn't touch our domain. Maybe we need to contact ISP or resolve the issue on Sender site.

-If you established a rescue email address, there will be a link on the "Passwords & Security" page of id.apple.com.  Clicking the link will send the reset to your rescue email address (NOTE:  This is not the same address as your Apple ID email)
-If there is no link on the page, then you didn't establish a rescue email address.  Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466 (If you are in the US), and ask for account security.  You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

My iPhone is split from front panel on top, and back cover of my is swollen too. I am not able to use my phone and I cannot access my data in the phone. Please suggest what could be the cause of this problem?

It sounds like the battery might have gone bad, and is swelling and causing the symptoms you describe.  Do not attempt to use the phone, but take it to Apple for evaluation.

  • Not receiving some emails from specific sender.

Hi.I just started getting the problem of not receiving some emails. I have not had this problem with the sender until yesterday.  My sender is sending me emails from gmail, some with attachments and some without, to my comcast email and it's not getting through. It is just one specific sender that I know of. I narrowed it down to my comcast account because I had the sender send myself the email to my comcast address and cc me on my gmail address. I received it on my gmail account but not my comcast account. I use Outlook for comcast but I even checked the webmail on comcast with nothing there. I checked the spam folder also and it's not there. Please help, these are important emails. Thank you.

Same issue, as far as I know it is just 1 person.  But I have no way of knowing.  I also had them CC my Gmail and it went through to Gmail but not my comcast.  I then had them use a secondary comcast email and it didn't go through.  Comcast seems to be blocking this person for some unexplained reason.  It's frustrating and so far has cost me $525 because they thought I was ignoring them.  They are using my Gmail until I get it straightened out, so the financial loss shouldn't increase, I just hope others aren't having the same problem and I don't know about it.

  • Firefox not taking my User Name or Password. Not receiving ANY email from Firefox. This has been ongoing for a few years. Help!

I am not receiving any emails to resent my password. This is utterly frustrating. Firefox already has my email as JMARKSCHWARTZ at GMAIL dot COM which is correct so why am I not receiving any emails. I need to reset my password because I forgot what it was. It should be an EASY process to reset one's password. Thank you.

Firefox is a web browser and not a company (that would be Mozilla) nor a email client (that would be Thunderbird or email client in SeaMonkey).

  • User is not receiving some email from outside of our network.

My company runs a 2010 exchange server in house and we have Microsoft Office 2010 running on all systems. Recently one of the executives at my company has been having trouble with receiving email. As far as I can tell the issue is just related to him.
He still receives a bulk of his email, I've been sending him multiple test messages from different outside emails and he gets every single one of those, but there are times when he doesn't receive emails from certain people. He has no filters/rules set up
for him in outlook or in our server. I'm not convinced the issue is with our server or outlook. We have a barracuda spam firewall on our network and when I look through it's message log, the emails that he needs to receive are not even showing up. It would
show up even if it was blocked. This means that they don't even touch our network. This morning it happened again and the executive had the other guy send me the email and I received it no problem and I could see it on our firewall message log, but not the
one he had sent the executive earlier in the morning. I need to come up with some kind of solution or work around, or even just different ways to trouble shoot the issue. Any input would be appreciated.

  • I receive an email from Outlook with attachments but when I forward it the attachments are lost.

One particular person sends attachments which I can open fine but I can't forward them unless I store them and re-attach. The attachments have "size unknown" label in the email.
A friend of mine who get the same emails from the same sender doesn't get the attachments at all. Her ISP gives "images blocked for your protection".
Can the sender do anything to fix this? All other mail and attachment work fine.

RTF = Microsoft proprietary and has no place in email. Email is HTML and Text.
Contact the sender and ask them to disable any RTF in their mail and point them to this http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/recipients-receive-a-winmail-dat-attachment-HA010153018.aspx..
The best solution is don't use Outlook.

  • Not Receiving Incoming Email from Drop folder

    Hello,
I hope that someone out there will be able to help me with this issue. I am fairly new to MOSS2007 but belive that I have configured e-mail to list correctly, I followed the steps set out by Steve Smith
    http--www.combined-knowledge.com-Downloads-How%20to%20configure%20Email%20Enabled%20Lists%20in%20Moss2007%20RTM%20using%20Exchange%202003.pdf
The process all follows fine and when I attempt to send to a configured mail enables list I can see the mail make it to the drop folder as it should. This is where the problem occurs, it is never picked up by the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service. The e-mail's I send just sit in the drop folder and nothing is happening.
As this is a fairly simple thing to setup there isn't a great deal of troubleshooting info out there and most of it just says check the basics like making sure that in the central administration console>Incomming Mail Settings the drop folder is specified as C:\inetpub\mailroot\drop (which it is)
I've been through the event logs and those created by sharepoint but can't see anything that looks like an error causing this issue and nothing in the applications logs either. I'm in limbo at the moment because so far as I can see I have setup correctly, mail delivery is succesful and nothing to suggest what is causing the issue.
I have reset the permissions on the drop folder to grant full access to the service account that runs the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service, I have even added the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service account to the domain administrators group to try and make sure its not a permissions issue.
Any advise would be appreciated because I've ran out of idea's now!?
    Thanks in advance.
    Drew

    Hi,
Did you select “Directory Management Service” option, if so, please make sure you configure the Central Administration application pool identity account to have the Create, delete, and manage user accounts right to the container that you specify in Active Directory.
Did you install Exchange server 2003 in your MOSS environment? If so, you should add an SMTP connector in Exchange Server, if you don’t know how to do that, you can post your issue into the following forum:
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdeploy/threads
Also, please check whether your configuration meet the following requirements, If not, correct them and check the effect.
    ·         The application pool account for Central Administration, the logon account for the Windows SharePoint Services Timer service, and the application pool accounts for your Web applications should have the correct permissions to the e-mail drop folder.
    ·         The domain controller running Active Directory has a Mail Exchanger (MX) entry in DNS Manager for the mail server that you plan to use for incoming e-mail.

  • Not Receiving Forwarded Email from Redirector

I've installed Desktop Manager v4.7 on a Windows XP Pro with SP3 on an Exchange server.  I have a Bold with BES hosted on a different 3rd party Exchange server.  The redirector indicates that the email has been forwarded with 0 expired, filtered, or pending.  The result to the last transaction to the device indicates delivered, but no email show up on my BB.  The strange thing is that it initially worked and then stopped.  I've removed and reinstalled the Desktop Manager with no success receiving the "forwarded" email.  I would appreciate any suggestions to find where these emails are being "forwarded" to or how to receive them.  Thanks.

  • I received an email from Apple that I won a large sum of money in the Lotteries undertaken in your company, I can get you more detailed information about Winning if it is not nonsense

    sos

On a broader note (especially prevalent in PayPal circles) ...
Few legitimate businesses send "click this" as the only way to access their internal sites.  Your bank sends e-mails telling you that something occurs, but tells you to access their site manually or by calling.  And PayPal even says that you should manually access their site with a typed unsername/password.
If you mouse-over an apple-link that shows up as "[email protected]", you stay far away.
It is a dangerous place in e-mail-land.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
