I'm sorry that you're having trouble subscribing. Please take a look in the lower-left corner of the Adobe.com website. Do you see "United Kingdom" listed as the region? If not, please click Change Region, and then choose United Kingdom.

I've seen nothing to indicate that you can't use an iTunes gift card to make a pre-order. If you redeem the card, you should be able to make the pre-order. For general information about pre-orders, see:

Note, however, that it will be your responsibility to keep track of the charge that will go against your credit balance when the CD becomes available and ensure that you have sufficient balance or a credit card entered to cover the charge. If you don't have sufficient balance at the time the CD is available, the iTunes Store will probably go ahead and make the sale but you will then not be able to download anything further, even things you've already purchased, until you either provide a credit card or redeem another gift card sufficient to cover the amount you owe.

Recently subscribed, but cannot convert PDF to word

Two days ago I registered to subscribe so that we could convert PDF documents to Word or Excel. All verifications were done and payment made by credit card. Now, however, when I try to convert a PDF to word it doesn't work. Can anyone make any suggestions as to why?

Since you mention a free trial, I'm guessing that you have an Acrobat trial (Adobe doesn't offer free trials of the Acrobat.com online services).
If you do have Acrobat, you can use the Save As command in that application to save directly to Word format.

If you have carefully follow ALL of the steps in that article, you are using a USB port directly on your computer and not a USB hub (don't use a front port on a tower or desktop either, as they are an internal hub) and you installed iTunes correctly using an Administrator ID and you have tried disabling your antivirus and firewall then there is no hope of it ever working. Look at the tip again, and go through it carefully, not skipping any steps.
Note, BTW, that an iPhone will not show up on a computer, only in iTunes. If there are photos in the Camera Roll then it will appear in Windows as a digital camera only.

Attempt to restore your iOS device two more times. If the issue is still unresolved, the device may need service.
The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I did a backup decided to do a full backup with a password. I forgot the password I used (it was a couple of months ago and I must have gotten creative with it.) And Im a Firefox man. Can anyone look into this or maybe create a plugin that does what POW! does for IE? I will donate to the creater of a plugin that does that. Im so sick of pop ups that most pop up blockers miss.

The Firefox pop-up blocker is very effective. If you are getting a lot of pop-ups in Firefox, you may have picked up some Malware that is causing those pop-ups.

Are you trying to convert via Adobe Reader? If so, are you able to close and restart Reader (you may need to force quit, or use Task Manager to quit Reader if it's truly frozen)? After restarting, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.
And, if updating Reader doesn't help (or you already have the most current version), please try converting that same file using the ExportPDF web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com.

I do not get a readable or editable PDF file that has been converted to Microsoft Word.

In the past I have been able to convert PDF files to MicroSoft Word, and Edit and Save the Documents. Now, the converted files are unreadable and uneditable. How do I correct this problem?

I don't have an old PDF file that I converted to MicroSoft Word, however the new file that I am trying to convert and edit is the same kind of file that I've converted and edited before; An Invoice from the same Company. Is there a possibility that a download, MicroSoft Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office System, onto MicroSoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 computer might be causing the problem? Should I download to (.doc) or (.docx)? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried converting one of your old PDF's that have worked in the past to see if it still works?
Are these files scanned to PDF files?
You may want to try utilizing the OCR solution.
