Please help me people, why is it so.? Also, i would ike to tell that my bank is, Union Bank Of India and it facilitates the auto conversion, rupee to dollar.. I think there is a different problem. The card must be issued in the same country as the store you are trying to use. If you're trying to sign up for the US Apple Store, it must be a US card with a US billing address. If you're trying to sign up in India, it must be an Indian card with an Indian billing address.
Apple will run a small charge, which will be credited back, to make sure the card is valid. If it is a debit card and you do not have enough in the account to cover the authorization, it will be declined.
It is possible the currency conversion you mentioned may be causing a problem. Contact the issuing bank if you are sure you have enough in the account and you are signing up for the correct store.

hello i having a problem with cyprus app store on my mac. i'm trying to download something and it says that my payment methos has been declined, please enter a valid payment method information. i have enter again my information and still the same problem.
P.s: i have bought an application before having this problem.Basically if you authorized two computers it is very likely that you will have this problem.
Why would that have anything to do with it? You can authorize up to 5 computers to use your account.
Then go to your new computer and edit your itunes account payment info.

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account, Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11, menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? I have money in my bank, and I'm trying to purchase WhatsApp which is only 0.69p, it then said I need to verify my payment method by entering my bank details... So I did (correctly). I by mistake turned on my speak reature on the my apple TV. Now it speaks everthing when I navigate through the remote. I cannot figure out how to turn it off.

I deleted all Apps on iPad as they were associated with an out of date Apple ID (which I have forgotten the password) and I could not update them, but the "App Store" logo still shows that there are 2 to be updated and when I go there I cannot delete. Please assist. Thanks.
Why don't you explain what happens when you try to delete these two apps that are showing that they need updates. You can only delete them if they are actually installEd on the iPad. Are they on the device?

I purchased CS6 in June of 2012 and have been using it without a problem ever since. I just purchased a new Mac however, and want to install my current version of CS6. I downloaded the installer from adobe.com and am to the point of entering my serial number. However, I am now receiving an error message stating that my serial number has been "revoked" and that I my product cannot be downloaded. I have the purchase receipt and can provide documentation of the serial number and order number. Will someone please help?

I plugged my iPod in at my friends to charge and it synced about 1/2 of a gigabyte of photos to my library. I deleted the photos but it still shows that I have tons of storage taken up by photos. I have an 8 gb iPod and storage was an issue as it is. Any help?????

After having issues with my iphone4, I was told to restore it as it was probably a software issue.
So today I have made sure to back up to icloud, and onto my computer / itunes. After restoring my phone, you go through the steps on the iphone, to resore the back up from itunes there shows a symbol of the itunes and a wire to connect. I have connected to itunes and it will not sync. All the information is there on my computer, it goes through all the steps to sync, 1-6 then goes back to itunes. But none of the data is on my iphone, my iphone is still on the 'connect to itunes' symbol!
Am i doing something wrong? How can I get all my data back onto my iphone?

You can contact Apple Support and ask them the reason of Declining your Payment, There are chances that your Bank might not be releasing the payment or something like that due to which you are getting Payment Declined Message. The Best of option is to contact your Bank or you can contact Apple and ask them the reason.
