I think you meant to say, Links always take you into Internet Explorer, not Windows Explorer (that is the file manager, it is not a real browser). This is a Windows setting - Mozilla cannot make Outlook to behave, but Windows can. But first, open your Mozilla browser on any old website, and have Internet Explorer closed. Next, open Add or Remove Programs (it is opened from its item in Windows Control Panel - if the W.C.P. is not in your START-button menu, open the Control Panel via My Computer) and look for the left-side menu bar. Left-click on the icon marked "Set Program Access and Defaults." Left-click the "Custom" radiobutton, and it will show you the list of Defaults that Microsoft has already set for you, or maybe you will need to click on the little double-down arrow at upper right, to see the list. [Microsoft always has it set to Internet Explorer, for the browser.] You want to change that, so, if Mozilla or Firefox be shown here, select its radiobutton; if not shown, select the radiobutton for the "current Web browser." Leave the checkmark in the checkbox for Internet Explorer - you might need to run it in event Mozilla crashes or comes down with a virus - some time in the future. Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.
Note: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs can not be renamed. If you no longer use the .mac or .me email address be sure to add your valid email address as an additional email address.

Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.

Try running these songs through MP3 Validator to see if there any issues.
If nothing else, convert them to another format such as AAC via iTunes using the instructions in this Apple support document.

I also can't call the helpline because it won't let me leave this screen on the phone that says "Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes." What it says on iTunes after I fill out the activation info is "There was a problem activating your iPhone. Please contact Verizon Wireless at 1-800-922-0204 to have this iPhone added to your account. Click Continue to be able to explore its features and the App Store." Please help this is driving me nuts!

No easy fix for a few reasons:
1) Bootcamp requires a hybrid MBR for the partition table. That is: both an MBR and a GPT partition table at the same time with the GPT one having all partitions and the MBR one having only the ones that are relevant, but at most 4 of them (including the protective partition and the Macintosh HD one). Which leads us to:
2) The MBR part of the hybrid partition table cannot work with 3TB hard drives. MBR is limited to 2TB.
I am working on a small EFI app that can boot Windows in EFI mode on a Mac and that would mean that you can go GPT only on your system. The progress of the app is slow due to the nature of EFI and for now requires that you do an unattended Windows install with slipstreamed graphics drivers, but we are adding VGA loading on top of EFI quite soon after the rest of the app stabilises. The status of the app is documented at:
Win7 x64 booting natively via EFI (no bios emulation)
Windows does actually successfully boot in EFI mode on most Macs (anything with a 64bit EFI should work), but does not have graphics support even if you load the driver due to the VGA pci registers not being set by the firmware. Furthermore, in Setup and Safe Mode, Windows uses VGA instead of GOP which is a failure by design since VGA is a BIOS standard and not really compatible without hacks with EFI. Other EFI implementations also add VGA compatibility at a high cost to the firmware complexity for the VGA cards available on the market that don't actually contain anything in their ROM except the VGA BIOS.
My recomendations:
1) Install on a second smaller hard-drive; or
2) Wait for the EFI app to come out officially and use that to boot Windows Vista SP1 x64 and Windows 7 x64 (RTM and SP1) in the native EFI mode.
3) Wait for Windows 8 which supports VGA-less booting acording to the AMD presentation at UEFI Plugfest.

I am having the same problems as this person. I see that someone said there is no way to retrieve the pictures once it gets stuck in recovery mode.
Then further along someone said that there are data retrieval methods except they have something to do with jail breaking a phone.
My phone is already jail broken. It was kind of a gift from the company I work for- it was a fellow employees before. He jail broke it and then it was given to me. After I got it I activated the 4 and tried to back up everything. It didn't work and "Springboard" forced the phone into safety mode. So I could use it with the old dude's apps and my contacts. I made the mistake of using the phone for wedding dress shopping with a friend. I took tons of pictures.
After this I found out the messages I was seeing meant it was jail broken. At&t said to force restore the phone - iTunes wouldn't recognize it in safety mode. I'm an idiot and didn't realize what this meant for my pictures. It didn't work (error 1611) - thankfully. Now it is stuck in recovery mode (iTunes icon and USB cable picture).
Can I access that media in any way? It never suceeded restoring itself so is it still there? The phone is jail broken already so is there a method I can use?
