My problem with Adobe's recognition of my Adobe ID was solved by the chat support. The file "host" was changed, so that Adobe products no longer was blocked. Try the chat.

I'm having the same problem. Subscribed to Creative Cloud. All the apps showing as 'Try' rather than the 'Download' buttons that apepar on a colleagues machine (who subscribed a few months ago). When I load the trial of Indesign, if I select 'licence software' - no space to put Adobe ID, only serial number which I don't have with the Creative Cloud membership.
Tried everything that has been suggested. Updated everything in Adobe App' Manager. Gone back to open Indesign - still just has boxes for serial number.
Please sort this out Adobe. I've wasted half a day trying to install on my machine and still have the rest of the studio to do.

I did a trial using one email, then purchased a subscription using a different email. Every time I try to open a downloaded app it tells me that my trial has expired and only offers me the option to purchase it. Any ideas how I can access the subscription

Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .

I leave in Monaco and would like to buy the FULL ENGLISH version of Photoshop CS6, for downloading in my computer. I was not allowed to do it through Amazon.com because it is only for US residents, and cannot buy it from Amazon.co.uk because they do not include Monaco in the list of countries. Please help. Hi there, this problem has probably been resolved now, but I must say that I came across these posts today as I had the same problem, my old e mail kept popping up, but all sorted now! Old Apps are not tied to the old Apple ID, honestly!
Rudegar is so right, all you do is go the SETTINGS/iTunes & App Store, then select `Apple ID` `Sign Out` then you get the chance to enter your new ID, and it worked a treat!
Good luck with anyone else with this problem, as I spent so long on this, really stupid!

you should not manually extract that archive.
download the matching exe (the extractor) and place it in the same directory as your 7z (archive). click, or double click, the exe.

Then the adobe application manager has been installed and the photoshop CS6 started to be installed automaticaaly and after it done , I found it the standard version not the Extended ... So how and where can I get the Extended version for both 32 bit and 64 bit?

So if you download the trial from the trial page at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop you get Photoshop CS6 Extended. When you then remove the trial and reinstall from the Adobe Application Manager with your trial Creative Cloud you only see the Standard version?
If this is so you can try reviewing your installation logs by following the steps listed in Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html. Although your 30 day trial has already begun. I would recommend for now you just remove the installation and install from the trial page so that you can try the extended features.

Trial has expired and the Application Manager is now requesting a Serial Number. I have paid my subscription but don't seem to have a serial number.

I signed up to Creative Cloud Student, 6 weeks ago and started paying my monthly subscription immediately. When I downloaded the software (photoshop, indesign and illustrator), they appeared as trials.
The trials have now expired and I can no longer access the software. Adobe Application managed opens asking me to License the Software which requires a serial number.
I have looked through my emails from adobe and my adobe account online and cannot find a serial number anywhere.

CC mostly asks for serial number if:
1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
3. The activation count has increased.
If the CC is asking for serial number, please follow the steps in Re: Invalid serial number?
You just need to activate the Cc with the Adobe ID with which it has been registered.

You have to open Acrobat and activate it. The subscription on line does not do the update, but that is done in the program that queries for your subscription information.

I have downloaded the free trial, but when I opened Photoshop, it says that my trial has already expired. I haven't even used the trial at all yet. Help
