i cancelled my account 3 months ago i never got a refund i never used skype i have no use for it i was charged again march 10 i contacted the bank cause noone from skype has gotten back to me
Apple can do nothing about spam coming from other sites unless you're using MobileMe or iCloud as your mail server, in which case they do some spam filtering but have to be very conservative about what they block. If you're referring to receiving emails from Apple, log into your Apple ID account:
Manage your Apple ID account
and go to the Language and Contact Preferences. You can remove yourself from Apple's mailing lists there.

If you've already redeemed the card onto your account then its amount should be on your account - a card can only be redeemed once.
To rent a film, find the film in the store and (if the film studio has made it available as a rental in your country) click on its Rent button. If you are beig prompted to review your account and enter credit card details then see if this post from mountaingoatgirl lets you do so without entering card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054 . If that doesn't work then you should be able to remove your card's details after entering them.

When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance. -
Cancellation of account and monthly subscription
Can somebody tell me how on earth I cancel my Creative Cloud single-app membership for Illustrator (one year with monthly payments). I no longer use Illustrator. It is not possible to cancel online, at least not on the Danish site. I'm told to contact customer service. There are two possibilities for contacting customer service: Telephone, but I'm not willing to pay for a call from Europe to (I assume) the West coast of the US. Or Live Chat, which despite repeated attempts yesterday and today simply does not work - I get no response, the app just times out after a minute or so.
At the moment I see only one possiblity to stop Adobe taking money from me for the rest of my life. I'll have to block my credit card and start some chargebacks. Ridiculous.

Old account closed months ago has charges added to it
I have been with Comcast since the end of 2013 and I have had problems with my account from day 1. To make a long story short I had an account number that was closed and a new one assigned to me but all the monthly charges were being added to the closed account I did not have access to. After 20+ hours with representatives they could not resolve the issue and the bill went to collections in February 2014. I paid it so I would not have a negative reporting on my credit score I finally resolved this in may of 2014 and they issued me a partial credit back to the account. It has been over a year since the account number was closed and I just recently received a notice from another debt collector about the old account and now they are saying I owe the amount they credited back to my account!. I've tried every phone number from Xfinity that I can find but I can't get past the automated menu to talk to an actual person about a bill from over a year ago that has already been paid and resolved, I'm at wits end please help!
If you mean that you want to change the iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

OK, so im trying to use my icloud account, but months ago when i got my iphone, i sent myself the confirmation email, and i cant find it now. Is there a way to send another one? I also tryed deleating the account and starting over, but it keeps on pulling the same account up? what should i do?

I had cancelled a auto withdrawal from a app I purchased months ago. The app is smule sing. I cancelled the VIP on December 26,2013. Auto renewal was on 12/27/2013. On 1/7/2014 apple charged my account for this. How do I get my money back

I'm having trouble with my Apple ID. I changed my email account, and recently (a month ago) and since I switched is requested every time I open any app to Apple ID password to the old email. How can I solve this? Could it be that my iPhone 4S is in sync with my Ipod???
If you updated your existing account then try logging out of it on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on the iPhone. If you created a new account then any content that you purchased/downloaded via the old account will remain tied to that old account, and only that old account can download updates to its apps.

A month ago my iPhone was stolen, I turned on Activation Lock but it never came out BUT an hour ago somehow my apple ID was changed and someone removed from the account both my iPhone and iPad and the iPad was also remotely wiped. As soon as I saw it I recover the password and return the access to my iPad. But iPhone is not registered for my apple ID any longer. Can Apple help me somehow? I have all the documents and the iPhone box. Will they lock the iPhone and return me access to it. I'm sure it's been attached to another apple ID.

I entered in a redemption code for an itunes gift card a month ago and it no longer is showing up on my account. Is there somewhere to look to locate where AND why I'm not getting the proper credit? The origianl gift card was thrown away after i entered the redemption code in.
You can pay for iTunes downloads by credit card, gift card or pre-paid card, you just have to have fill in your credit card information in your iTunes account. Trying to validate my new app, XCode tells me that I am not registered as an Apple developer. Why? I am registered since a month ago. Xcode is using that account for the app. Is it something to do with the provisioning profile? Please tell me what information XCode is using to decide that I am not registered.
I click the Validate button for the Archive and it says it's fetching a list of teams from the portal. Then immediately it tells me that I am not registered as an Apple Developer. There is probably a simple explanation for this, but it's my first attempt a developing an App.paid account yes
The app is in iTunes Connect and everything is ready for the app store. I just need to upload the build, but I can only do it via XCode. I also do other work on this Mac, in other accounts, so maybe I have a bad provisioning profile or something. It would help if I knew what exactly it is telling me with this untrue message.
