When I try to hit the purchase button it says can't purchase this item , contact the apple support for that !! What do I do !?

You don't say what your version of Windows you have. Assuming XP, go to Start | Run, type DXDIAG and click OK. Click the Sound tab and run the tests to eliminate a hardware problem first of all. If you don't hear anything, check your cables first of all. Also make sure "Mute" isn't checkmarked in your sound setup. You'll find that in Windows Control Panel.
Which browser do you use? If you have Firefox 4, sign up to the HTML5 trial @ http://www.youtube.com/html5
HTML5 is the latest video standard and doesn't require Flash player. Google is in the process of converting all its files to work with the new format. It may solve you problem. If you don't have Firefox 4, you can get it from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/
IE8 doesn't support HTML5.
To clean out your temp files, go to Start | Run, type: CLEANMGR and click OK. Click OK again to start the utility. Tick all the boxes except "Compress old files" because the latter takes too long, and then click OK. You can run this utility any time you wish by the way.
The above steps will hopefully fix your problem. If not, post here again please.

My firefox version is 3.6.12, however I cannot download any add-ons cause it says I am still using version 2, and it is the same for website such as youtube where it is always saying I am using a outdated browser. How do I solve this?

You have or had an extension installed (MegaUpload toolbar) that has changed the user agent from Firefox/3.6.12 to Firefox/2.0.0.13
You can check the general.useragent prefs on the about:config page:

You can open the about:config page via the location bar, just like you open a website.<br />

If general.useragent prefs are bold (user set) then you can right-click that pref and choose Reset.

You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions and disable the Java Quick Starter extension, you do not need them to run Java applets.

Your iPad is physically out of storage space. Purchasing space in iCloud dosen't magically give your actual iPad more physical storage space.
You need to delete content off of your iPad.

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.

I have the same problem since this morning, when my Ipod touch (version 4.2.1) unexpectedly asked me for the network's password. Entering the password does not help, the message "Unable to join..." keeps appearing.
Last evening I was prompted to update, and did, Safary, Quicktime and Itunes, while my Ipod was connected to the PC. I have tried everything suggested above except restoring the Ipod from backup via Itunes.

I had the same msg come up, go in2 setup, options, date and time. Now have a fiddle about with these settings. U mite have 2 change ur time zone 2 another country in the same time zone as u if that makes sense? Worked 4 me and many more people I've read about on here.

After upgrading to IOS6 The Popular Science works fine but Popular Mechanics does not work. i have enen upgraded to IOS 6.01 and installed a new version of Popular Mechanics on the Ipad 2.

When I click on the blue square, which is supposedly where I am expected to click to start the download, nothing happens. I don't have any script-blockers activated. Hi, When you click on the download button, a plug-in gets downloaded first "HPSupportSolutionsFramework.exe", you need to install this plug-in first and click download and the "Blue" button to continue download. Alternate would be to select "Download Only" and click next, this would skip the Plug-in install and start the driver download. Heres the link to downlaod directly. I have this problem too since ios6 upgrade.
4S iphone I can connect to itunes on 3g and download an app no problem.
