I want out. I want my money back. Nothing works. Including this operation. Why is it not easy, user friendly?.

Jaheedi, it sounds like you've tried a lot to make this work....my experience has been that in mlost cases if a profile fails to install it is usually due to a required payload not having been configured.  It can happen if a payload category gets opened(General for example) inadvertently and then payloads within that category are not completed.(Identifier for example), then the profile will fail to install.  Also, I've only got it to reliably work over a USB connection ( we use encrypted profiles with a "with authentication" removal option).....you might try installing a very basic profile with just the General Payload category expanded ( and required payloads completed) and see if that works..if that works, it  probably is one of the other categories is incomplete.  If you haven't tried the above, I hope this helps a bit.

    Contact the credit card company and have them do a charge back.
    Tell them the device was not new, and it was broken on receipt, tell them you cancelled the service and that you want your money back.
    They will reverse the charge
    The return phone not received scam is quite often posted here. Just search the forum. All you need is a tracking receipt to show it was given to the post office, or even scanned any place along the way and you are not liable.
    Small claims court just loves these cases.

    When you say that you went through iTunes do you mean the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history, and on that did you say that you couldn't find any support from the developer ? If not then you could try that : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

    Actually when my account expires on April 18 2008 I am not renewing, any more If I don't get my money back soon I will cancel then my account and move to a more stable company, probably rapidwever or to a host way more stable yahoo or someone who hears the customers and has 24/7 service for errors on their system.

    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
