I cannot sign in/vertify the imessage

I have an iPad 1 with imessage but i cant get it work. It worked before (the second day iOS5 launched) and i could made conversation with my friends(with phone no.). However, now i cant get to my friends iPad2 wifi(with Apple id) and those friends i could chat before. Then I turn off the imessage from Settings, and try to sign in again, but it is not success.
I type in my Apple id and pw, it comes out --> People will message you using your email address. What email address would you like to use ?
Obviously i can choose my Apple id only ([email protected]). However when i press NEXT or press on my Apple id, it goes back to the previous page(it loads "Vertifyng", then go back), let me to type the pw again. And, it doesnt tell me anything goes wrong but just return to the previous page, so, i can do nothing, but type in my pw, --> NEXT, and then return to the previous page, and type in my pw again, --> NEXT, and then return to the previous page, and type in my pw...
  So, what should i do
thanks for your helppppp

Hello Colmans,
I know you posted your question a while ago, but I am now experiencing the exact same problem on my iPod.  What was your solution?

  • I cannot sign in in my imessage account. which password do i need? isnt it the same as iTunes?

hi, i cannot sign in to my imessage account. but the imessage account is the same as the itunes or?

I received a similar message last night after using FaceTime for the first time on my MacBook Pro...had been using it on the iPhone for some time.  The message read:
    Dear ****,
Your Apple ID (***kit) was used to sign in to FaceTime on a a MacBook Pro.
If you have not recently set up a MacBook Pro with your AppleID, then you should change your AppleID password.  (and then a hyperlink to how to change your password).
That email was a surprise because I use the system for a lot of things, but may just be an expansion to the notification system.  Actually it is good to know they are aware and alerting you to the activity.  If you DID NOT do what the email is saying you did, then you should take action.  Otherwise treat it as helpful is my theory.

  • My wife and I have been texting on our iPhones. All of the sudden all messages are being sent as text. We cannot seem to make the iMessage work.

My wife and I have been texting on our iPhones. All of the sudden all messages are being sent as text. We cannot seem to make the iMessage work. Any ideas?

Your question is almost too much a personal one, begging the question "do we (husband and wife) feel comfy sharing one account on the Mac"   maybe thats why nobody answered you.
It doesnt complicate anything, but it adds steps for switching accounts on the Mac/ purchases etc. of course
since your question is mostly personal, ..I wont answer THAT part of it, but creating a new account is easy.....messing with switching back and forth is also a personal preference 'issue' as well.   I prefer to keep things simple, but...........you and yours,  I dont know.......

  • Once Imessage has been set up and sync between your ipad and iPhone. Then sign out of the imessage account on your ipad, if you were to sign back in would any conformation email or text be sent to you again informing you that you are now signed back in?

I have the new iPad and iPhone 4s. iMessage has already been set up syncing these two devices before, but I am now logged out on my iMessage on the iPad but still logged in on the iPhone.
My question is, if I sign back into the iMessage on my iPad will Apple send any confirmation to my Email address or phone number stating that I am now receiving iMessages etc on both the iPad and iPhone and that these's two devices are now synced again?!?
*please note that the two devices have been previously set up for iMessage and synced to both receive them, it's just a case of me signing back in on the iPad, but I would like to know if Apple send any confirmation that a certain device is now receiving the messages also, I'm assuming they must for security reasons but I guess if you've already set up the two devices they might not.
Any help would be great, thank you

No need for alarm. There are several folks a day posting like threads. Most folks know these phishing attempts for what they are and merely delete with prejudice.
To the bottom line... if you wish - and I am sure Apple will take notice - you should FORWARD the email to [email protected] and delete.

Wow, Karan Taneja, you've just embarrassed yourself on a worldwide support forum.  Not only is your post ridiculous and completely inappropriate for a technical support forum, but it also shows your ignorance as to whom you think the audience is.  Apple is not here.  It's users, like you.
If you would have spent half the time actually reading the Terms of Use of this forum that YOU agreed to by signing up to post, as you did composing that usesless, inappropriate post, you (and the rest of us on this forum) would have been much better off.

  • You cannot sign in to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Server interface using preconfigured system profiles

    Hi
    I recently upgrade tp 7.0.3  from 7.0.2.
While upgrade i found that i am not able to login to the web server with the admin id "admin" default created in the application server.
The same id i can login to application server  , but not in wewb server.
I am getting the mentioned error "You cannot sign in to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Server interface using preconfigured system profiles".
However if i create a new user in application server and tried logging with the  same in the web server it is working fine..
is it a known behaviour wirh the upgrade or i m facing some issue.
Hope i can find a solution here.
    Regards
    RC

    RC,
This behavior is stemming from a change in MP 7.0 MR2 to disable the MPWeb login for system profiles.  This was an internal change made by the developers to restrict the log on to the MPWeb page by the default accounts created in MeetingPlace upon installation.  The change now displays this error when the admin account is attempted to be used for MPWeb login, as you experienced-
Error:[22953] You cannot sign in to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Server interface using preconfigured system profiles.
You should be able to log into MPWeb using any other user profile that you have either created manually or pulled in from LDAP/Active Directory.  You just cannot use the admin account.  This is reserved for login to the MP Application Server Administration page only.  I am going to work to get this information added to the MP 7.0 documentation with a note for changed behavior in MR2 and above.  Here is the note from MP 8.0 documentation-
Note: You cannot use this preconfigured admin profile to access the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Server interface. Instead enter the User ID and password information from one of the other user profiles that have system administrator privileges to sign in to the Web Server.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
    Thank You,
    Gerry

  • I cannot sign in to my IMessage or Facetime.

Says its an internet connection issue. It worked fine before on my internet, then I had my logic board fixed with apple. Now I cannot sign in and I know it isn't my apple ID because it works for everything else but those two things. I took it into Jump Plus (an apple store) to get it fixed, they thought it was a software issue and reinstalled my software but that didn't fix it and they said they didn't know what it could be and sent me on my way. Any help? This computer is causing me more problems than it has done me good

back up to itunes>on the iphone turn off imessage and facetime>then setting>general>reset>erase all content>
Start as new iphone>check to see if working, if so>erase all content and settings>restore from itunes back up
    if not working>Call apple

  • I cannot sign in to the app store

For some reason I cannot sign into the app store. I have tried on a Mavericks and Yosemite mac. When I click on sign in the little wheel rotates next to my apple id but nothing else happens. I tried to change my password to just numbers and letters as I saw one post recommended. I can sign into icloud. When I try to sign into iTunes I get a message stating that the iTunes store is temporarily unavailable. I do have anti-virus software but I shut it down and still can't sign in.
    help!

  • Cannot sign in to the Apple Store using Apple ID

I wish to purchase an MBA, and for this purpose I created my first Apple ID. It works absolutely fine on the main Apple site, but it is rejected when attempting to sign in to the Apple Store (it returns the question: have you forgotten your password?). There seems to be no way to contact anyone at Apple to sort this out, as a hardware serial number is requested for questions pertaining to Apple ID's and I am not yet an owner of any Apple products. I was wondering whether anyone might have suggestions on what to do.

The irony is, I could have started by making first the purchase and creating in the process an Apple ID at the Apple Store. But because I'd read about people having trouble with multiple Apple ID accounts for which Apple does not provide a unification method, I thought I'd do it the right way, creating the Apple ID on the central management site. That way, there could be no problems, right? Now I have to hope that perhaps by multiplying my ID's, somehow one will work. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. Furthermore, there seems to be no way to close down a once-created Apple ID, so now my main email address would be unavailable as a username. I'd have to say that it is not an auspicious start for a first-time buyer, it did not "just work" (quite the opposite) and furthermore it makes it clear to me how unapproachable Apple actually are.

  • How do I remove an old phone number from my macbook imessage. My apple ID does not show the number anymore but I cannot remove it from the imessage accounts. Its driving me mad !

Can someone please help me to remove an iphone telephone number from my imessage application. I no longer have a phone which I registered on my apple ID as a second phone. I have been on my apple ID and it does not seem to be there but cannot remove it from imessage, which still has it as an option to connect to. I am concerned that someone else who inherite this old phone will see my messages if I accidentally enable it again. I have read and re-read various postings and tried all options given but no luck, the **** thing stays there.....

  • Cannot sign into FaceTime or iMessage

We just bought a new iMac, downloaded Yosemite, and now FaceTime nor iMessage will sign in. With FaceTime, after typing in the password, my ID and password go black and that's it. With iMessage, all I get is a spinning wheel and it stops there. My ID works everywhere else.
Please help, this is very frustrating with a brand new machine where you expect everything to work out of the box...

The warranty entitles you to complimentary phone support for the first 90 days of ownership.
If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.

  • I cannot Sign in to the iTunes Store

I went to sign in to iTunes today and it will not happen. I have the latest verision of iTunes as of right now (11.0.2) and I am using Windows 7 on a laptop.
I can get to the store, but after I type the information in I get two errors.
We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unkown error occured (-50).
There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later.
We could not complete your iTunes store request. The network connection could not be established.
There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later.
I have never had a problem with iTunes like this before and the same two errors are occuring on both of my computers.
I have looked up some information online and have tried a few things, including disabling my antivirus. None of it worked.
    Any suggestions?

I have the exact same problem:

    It's not a Windows problem. I'm using a Macbook Pro, Intel Core i5,  OS X 10.7.5
I've noted that itunes has for some time failed to automatically download TV shows that I have purchased as a season. New things come spontaneously only rarely, and when I "check for available downloads" I get nothing, but if I manually look the show up, episodes are nevertheless available to download. This problem above however, is more severe and I have only seen this today ( April 16, 2013).
