Thank you!i am about in the same boat as you. The help is useless so is the tech support, that is if your willing to wait a few hours to reach them if you can that is. If things do not improve at adobe im canceling too.
Here is the good news i have most the abode programs i use regularly installed, they can be hacked so when i cancel i still can use photoshop and other programs. I do have the .dll files needed to do such a hack and its easy to just repace the files so it never will ask subscription information again.
so im loosing nothing but useless tech support and my online storage. Get your **** staight adobe or is hack my computers software time. -

I payed for my creative cloud membership at 9.99/mo. I got it this morning. I was able to download Lr, but not able to download Ps. is asking me to pay again. Why is that, because I got the student packet deal. Can you please help.

Hi my name is Natalia R. I had subscribed to FIT Radio, and got charged monthly. Now, I do not want the app anymore. I have tried canceling it, but it does not allow me. How do I unsubscribe from FIT Radio app. I tried, but it keeps charging my card every month. I DON'T want it anymore. I added Panorama Group Tabs and I don't like the way it works. I want to remove it but can't find or figure out a way to. Can you please tell me how it can be removed permanently? Thanks!
That link doesn't tell you how to remove the Panoroma Tab Groups!! My main issue with it is that along my tabs at the top I no longer have the tab to open a new tab. Instead I have to click on the tab groups and then open them and click on an open area in the tab to get a new tab opened!! Is there a way to add that? I don't see that when I go to customize the tool bar as there's no icon to add it, just one to open a new window, which I don't want to do!! Thanks!!
