I downloaded a movie on my ipod touch thinking I could cloud it to my ipad2, i bought it through itunes. I go to itunes and the only things i can cloud to my ipad are music and tv shows. Why can't my movie be clouded to my ipad2?

Thanks for the question. Connecting your iTunes Store and Disney Movies Anywhere accounts should sync all of your eligible Disney, Pixar, and Marvel movies between both services. After connecting your accounts, you can check your purchased history in the iTunes Store:

I am affraid to sync now because the songs may be deleated, and I don't have the cds anymore. How can I transfer the songs from the cds on my ipod back to itunes so that I don't lose them?

What you have on your computer is your iTunes library, not your "account." The "account" you have for iTunes is your Apple ID, which you use when purchasing or downloading from the iTunes Store. If these songs came from music CDs that you imported into iTunes, those songs are not related to your Apple ID.

How are they not "recognized"? Are the songs still listed in your iTunes music library, but grayed out? They no longer appear in your iTunes library at all?
If you search your computer (not in iTunes) for the song files, using one of the song names, can you find the song files?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Make an appointment at the genius bar.
If you went without an appointment, then it would make sense that you could be turned away.

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan.
