I downloaded a security update & when i tried to open firefox afterwards ,I couldn't open it. have a DEP settings problem i tried to change my computer's DEP settings but was notified i couldnt for firefox,what should I do?

I was prompted to downloaded a security update & so I did. when i tried to open firefox afterwards ,I couldn’t open it. My computer told me I had a DEP settings problem.I tried to change my computer's DEP settings but was notified i couldn't for firefox. I tried the uninstall & then install Firefox again route (could not even do it in safe mode since i can't even open firefox)but still had the same problem afterwards. What should I do?

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data because all profile folders will be removed.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

I have restored factory settings but it is still asking for passcode

My daughter has forgotten the passocde to her ipod touch Gen4. I put it into recovery mode & restored factory settings. The iPod showed that it was being restored. Now it is finished, the iPod is still asking for a passcode when we try to access it. Have I missed out a step?

What Passcode? If the Restrictions passcode then you have to restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If a screen-lock passcode then restoring from backup will not result in restoring the screen-lock passcode.

Try the following:
In Finder, select the problematic volume and then press command-I.
Expand the Sharing & permissions section if it's collapsed.
If the section is locked, then unlock it by pressing the padlock button and then authenticating as directed.
Tick/check Ignore ownership on this volume.

You have a 16GB iPad, but have only 2.4GB available. This is likely contributing to the issue. This amount, 15% of the iPad's storage capacity, is the minimum free space you should have. But when updating iOS, you should expect the new version to use somewhat more space than the old. I believe going to Settings > General > Usage and freeing space will help with your issue.
Another recommendation would be to use iTunes on your computer to do the update instead of over-the-air.
I believe either one of these would help you. Both would be at least as good.

My iPhone was connected to a wifi internet when I tried to activate it and when I tried activation by iTunes I was using my laptop with windows 7 which was connected to internet by cable.
I updated my iPhone to IOS 7 when I was in Egypt and I had no problems with updating it and I can't remember if finding my iPhone option was on or off before updating to IOS 7 and as i understood from searching internet that to use iCloud Finder on web from computer to find my iPhone it should be set up already on my iPhone and I didn't set up iCloud on my iPhone before and my Apple ID wasn't verified for iCloud till today, I verfied it by logging in iCloud from a friend iPad.
I was considering already the option that my iPhone has been hacked but if this happened so how I would unlock my iPhone and activate it to back to work? who would help me with that? The reapair shop is probably responsible. And now that you took it to a third party and not to apple store, Apple will not touch your phone at all. So you will probaly have to buy a new one or go back to the reapir shop and hope they can fix it.
