Apps pop up when I play match with friends... One certain app locks up my game. It won't let me close it out. If I click "free" to download and get it off screen it just sits there with the circle going round and around like it's working.. It's been on my screen now for 3 days every time I open the game that's what I see. Can anyone help me fix it?

Have you tried closing the App Store app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works properly when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

That's not a valid path. You must have tampered with the system, or used some kind of "utility" that did. You should do a clean reinstallation of the OS after backing up your data and erasing the boot volume. Be sure not to restore whatever that is.

Exactly what program is throwing that request message?
Does that message list any details, such as WHAT will be written/saved to your computer?
As ATR mentions, I am not sure how PrE figures into the mix. I would anticipate that your message is coming from FaceBook, or from the OS, or from your anti-virus/anti-malware program.
Regardless, be VERY wary of any program, or Web site, that wants to write to your computer, unless you have delibertly invoked something that you DO want to do so.

I've started getting pop-under ads every time I launch Firefox, and the uninstall instructions don't make sense, how can I stop these?

In the past couple of weeks, every time I launch Firefox, a full-size pop-under ad is also launched, regardless of what site I'm browsing.
The original ad was for a You Tube survey, and contains a link to coupondropdown.com, where there's a menu option for uninstalling. The uninstall instructions don't make sense, they don't mention what ad-on is controlling the ads, and I can't work out what's responsible for the ads from my very basic range of ad-ons.
The reason I'm writing is that the ads have progressed from annoying but harmless, to dangerous. The ad today was designed as a warning pop-up, text reads, "Threat Detected: Immediate Action Required. Fatal Registry Error ... click "Repair All" to eliminate all possible threats and clean your PC". I have screenshots of all the above.
I'm worried that another user, my son or mother, might take this warning seriously and install malware by accident. What can I do to prevent these ads? I expect this type of malware advertising on dodgy websites, but I'm getting them when I try to access hotmail, the news, etc, so it's not the website that's causing them.

Found the source using Microsoft Safety Scanner on a full scan. The culprit was a Trojan:Win32/Sirefef!cfg

It generally means - just using random numbers for examples - the iTunes on your computer holds 45 gig of content, you have a 16 gig iPad which has 13 gig of free space and the content just won't fit.
Easy solutions. go into iTunes and 'manually manage' your content. I believe this is in the main summary tab for your device (connect your device, click on the icon in iTunes to access controls for your iPad
You may also need to choose to manually control content in both the music and movie tabs.

Settings → scroll down to Safari → in Safari settings, I selected both Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data.

Finally - if problem still present -
Go to Settings>General>Reset
Reset the network settings - you will need to add the password of your home WiFi in your phone once more
The device should turn itself off & back on then go into Settings>Wifi and join your network

Disable the Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC option from under the iPod's Summary tab in iTunes and see if that helps.

Apple ID pops up asking for password all the time which I type in, I know correclty, however a screen afterwards pops up saying 'password incorrect'. I've had to change my password continuously as whenever I try to sign in through the Apple website it too tells me my password is incorrect. I'm worried that my Apple ID is being hacked or there is some glitch or virus occuring. What should I do? Also lately there has been a similar occurence with Game Center, whereby it will pop up in a few of mu games every 2-5 minutes, I don't use Game Centre but my sister does. I disable Game centre, but after 2 or so minute it will pop up again, not sure if this is happening due to the password issue. Does anyone have any ideas of what it happening or how I could fix the issue. (this is through my Ipod touch iOS 6.1.3)

I'm not entirely sure from your description exactly what is going on. However, if you are being asked for the password for your Apple ID (be sure it's the right one) and the password that should work is being rejected, one strong possibility is that someone has hacked your Apple ID. They may do this in order to purchase apps, music, movies, etc, on your credit, which can then be used (though not updated) even after you change your password. Check your purchase history for any unusual purchases. Change your password (which may require a call to Apple if you no longer know the current password) and consider enabling two-factor authentication to protect against any future unauthorized changes to your Apple ID. Yes it sounds like you have a corrupted preference file.
The setting you make in individual programs get saved to a Preference file in your Users/Library/Preferences folder.
All you have to do is drag out the old file to the desktop, reboot and load the program and the preference file gets rebuilt without your preferences which you reset.
For your case I beleive the preference file is
com.apple.desktop.plist

For your addressbook, export the files to vCard on the PowerMac, then bring them over to your Mac Pro. For your iPhoto, copy the Users -> yourname -> Pictures folder to your Desktop on the Mac Pro, and open iPhoto on the Mac Pro holding the command and option keys. Select the library file from that Pictures folder and open it. It should import all the pictures into iPhoto as part of the rebuild process.
