How can I prove that it is their mistake?

    I opened up Creative Cloud where it has the Apps, Assets, etc. and Photoshop, LR, and Bridge all needed updates.  After I completed the updates I could open and use Lightroom but when I tried to open Photoshop nothing happens.  When I look at the Apps on my Creative Cloud desktop it has a Start Trial button next to Photoshop and Lightroom.  At some point it asked me to sign in to license Photoshop and I did that, no errors but when I try to open Pshop again it tells me to start the trial.  Isn't Pshop part of the Photography Plan?

  • Trouble with redeeming 12 month creative cloud membership

    Hello,
    I purchased a 12 month subsricption to the creative cloud from best buy a couple of days ago. Earlier today I tried to redeem the membership. The Screen told me that the code was invalid. I tried plugging the code in several times. I even tried changing letters/numbers incase I had confused, such as "O" vs. "0".
    I'm not really sure what to do at this point and could use some help.

  • Creative Cloud now installs 3 versions of Photoshop, any reason to keep more than one?

    After installing Creative Cloud and recent updates, I now have up to 3 versions of each program on my computer. This is perplexing. Which one should I use: Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Photoshop CC (64 bit) or Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 ??? Can I uninstall the others?
    Similar question for Premiere and Media Enconder, now I have the CC and CC 2014 versions.

    Use whatever you feel gets the job done best. CC 2014 is a completely new and independent version and thus it's installed separately - just like in the past. New versions leave old versions in place in case the user may need them if he uses specific plug-ins or compatibility issues and bugs in new versions prevent certain things...

    If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them.  There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

    I didn't recieve the CS6 id, and the Chat Man said it doesn't exist for my account. He thought I got duped. When I sent him the link to the dates of purchase allowing for the upgrade he said this was only applicable if I was given the second order number for CS6. Therefore I was not going to get the upgrade. So I finally got someone on the phone, Maria, although she was in tech support, because sales was not avilable, she hunted down the challenge in about a half hour and got me an order id. But if you are stuck in the loop trying to find accountability at Adobe. Just keep calling until you get Maria :O) she fixed it! But customer service at Adobe is a lot like Apple, where you first gotta find the number and then sit through a lot of irrelevent content and be transfered around before your call is dropped and then hopefully on the third, fouth try, you can hopefully find somebody who got the memo and will stay with you till the challenge is resolved.     Switch from an individual membership to a teams membership
       If you have an individual Creative Cloud membership, you can cancel it at no penalty and re-enroll as part of your company’s team membership.
       Your IT administrator sends you an invitation to join the team. If you haven't yet received the invitation, request the administrator to resend the invitation. 
       While accepting invitation, sign in with the Adobe ID that is associated with your individual Creative Cloud membership (complete or single app).You see an option to cancel the individual plan and join the team or keep the individual plan and join the team.
       Select the Join team and cancel individual plan Creative Cloud membership option, and then click Accept Invite. 
       You become a team member once you accept the invitation. Now follow these steps to reset the licensing accordingly on your computer:
    Launch any Creative Cloud application (for example, Photoshop).
    On the Help menu, choose Sign Out.
    Close the application and restart it.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID.

    They have a single use subscription for $20/mo.  Similar to upgrading extended version every 1.5 years.
    2)  WHAT if I created projects like 2 months ago and I didn't use Photoshop for a full month.  Who assures us that with the CC series the projects are opened with the old CS ones?Or don't use it every day?
    Same problem if you own it.  If upgrade price is $400 every 1.5 year that is same as $16/month.  You can choose not to update and version will be same as when you last used it.
