Creative Cloud Membership with Photography Plan but Photoshop says it's on trial.

I opened up Creative Cloud where it has the Apps, Assets, etc. and Photoshop, LR, and Bridge all needed updates.  After I completed the updates I could open and use Lightroom but when I tried to open Photoshop nothing happens.  When I look at the Apps on my Creative Cloud desktop it has a Start Trial button next to Photoshop and Lightroom.  At some point it asked me to sign in to license Photoshop and I did that, no errors but when I try to open Pshop again it tells me to start the trial.  Isn't Pshop part of the Photography Plan?
Thank you,
Aleeya

  • Changing Creative Cloud Membership to Photography-only option

    Hi,
I noticed that Adobe is about to offer a Photography-only option for $9.99/month.  I recently renewed my CC membership to the full price ($49.99/mth) but only need Photoshop and Lightroom.  Can I change my CC membership to be just the Photography option?

my customer services chat - very helpful (especially around cancellation fees) ......
Devika: Hello! Welcome to Adobe Customer Service.
    Devika: Hi Richard.
Richard Harris: Hi looking to change from full CC membership to photog package deal...
Richard Harris: What do I need to do?.... Forums say it's possible.... but need to go via customer services
Devika: I understand that, you want to migrate from full CC membership to photographers offer.
    Richard Harris: Yes please!
Devika: I will be glad to check and help you with this.
    Richard Harris: Thx
Devika: I am sorry to tell you this it is not possible to switch from CC to photograph offer.
Richard Harris: Hmmm, that's not what Adobe staff are saying on the forums?!.....
    Richard Harris:http://forums.adobe.com/message/5693116
Richard Harris: I have PS Cs4
Devika: I checked your account and I see that you have purchased Creative Cloud membership one-year.
Devika: Well, you can go ahead and purchase the Photoshop subscription and cancel the creative cloud.
Richard Harris: With the 50% early fee - or is that waived if people sign 12/12 to the photography plan? (Forums are silent on this latter point)
Devika: Well, if you purchase the new subscription and cancel the creative cloud, we can waive off the cancellation fees.
Richard Harris: OK ideal - then that's what I'll do thx. It's a great offer for photogs, Adobe should get a lot of people signing up I reckon. Will everything happen automatically? Do I just sign-up and buy new plan, then cancel current full CC? (Have just paid this month so would like to see that out if poss....)
    Devika: Yes, you are correct.
Richard Harris: Great thx for your help - have a nice day!

  • Creative Cloud Market and Photography plan

    I am CC Photography subscriber.
    from the FAQ:
"Creative Cloud Photography plan members are not eligible to access Market through Creative Cloud for desktop."
then why I have access to it?

You have photography plan purchased in 2013 at special promo price (CS3+ owners), the cc is eligible to access & browse the market but not download it
Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud Market
What’s changed between Adobe’s new and previous Photography Plan offerings? The new one has 2 GB of Creative Cloud file storage rather than 20 GB – but instead you get unlimited online photo storage in Lightroom Web. The new generally-available plan also does not include a Behance ProSite (however, subscribers of the previous promotional program are grandfathered in on both the ProSite and the 20 GB cloud). But outside of that, everything else is the same – including Adobe’s flagship Photoshop and Lightroom desktop applications.
So if you’d like to have those industry-leading professional imaging tools plus other benefits at a low monthly cost, this is a terrific package… And if you want to take it up a step further and get the full Creative Cloud including these and all the rest of the new CC 2014 tools, then existing CS customers can receive upgrade pricing for $29.99 a month.

  • Lightroom 5 Perpetual License with Creative Cloud Membership

I own Lightroom 5 perpetual license and I also have Creative Cloud membership with Photoshop CC. For the latest Lightroom 5.6 updates, I tried to update within Lightroom, but a page shows up and ask me to do it thru Creative Cloud application. Once I update Lightroom thru Creative Cloud, I noticed that my license type becomes Creative Cloud which never shows in System Info in version 5.5 (I am using Mac). The Serial Number in System Info still remain the same. In such case, I am wondering if the Lightroom's Develop Module will be disabled if I cease the Creative Cloud membership.
    Please help, thanks!
    HHL

No, you won't lose anything. Your catalog, and preferences, and previews, will all remain in place. Just do it. I did it a couple of days ago and it was very straightforward and painless. My Nik plug-ins were still in place as well as a printer plug-in that came with my printer. The installer put an icon on my desktop. I expected to have to locate my catalog. Didn't even have to do that. Lightroom started and took me to right where I left off, everything still in place.

  • Cannot purchase creative cloud membership

I just decided to restart my creative cloud membership. I plan to purchase After Effects for 1 month. Unfortunately, after I submit my payment information I get an error saying there was an error with my order, and that I should try again. I did 3 times and it still didn't work.
Underneath the error it said : "PAYMENT_TOKENIZER_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE"
I've looked up through the forums for other people who are experiencing the same problem, but none of them really presented any solution.
Thanks for any help in advance

  • Need assistance merging two Creative Cloud Memberships

I recently purchased a Creative Cloud membership with my work Credit Card in January 2014. I signed up to be billed monthly because I was waiting on Accounting to approve the volume license we would be purchasing for my entire Creative team in February. On Feb 2nd 2014 Accounting purchased that Volume licensing via Insight Public sector. ( I have the invoice if needed) when this was purchased it did not replace my current CC license but added an additional CC license to my Adobe ID.I was told to cotnact Adobe to have this corrected. I have been trying to get this fixed but am unable to get through on the phones or on chat. The reps on chat keep insisting I have to pay a cancellaton fee. I should not have to pay a cancellation fee since i have paid for my license IN FULL via a volume team subscription for myself and 5 others. I have no need for 2 CC licenses under the same Adobe ID. Our contact at Insight Public Sector has also confirmed that I should not be charged a cancellation fee and wants to see someting in writing stating otherwise so we can clear this up.

You have two subscriptions under the same Adobe ID. Both are active. You can get the CC purchase in 2014 cancelled & the charges of February 2015 (if charged) also refunded.
You can contact Adobe support for this Contact Customer Care, in case of any issue, please let me know so that I can assist you further.

  • I am looking to swtich from an individual creative cloud membership to a team membership, but I only have one employee.  Is it worth it to make the switch to team if we are both only using Photoshop?

I am looking to swtich from an individual creative cloud membership to a team membership, but I only have one employee.  Is it worth it to make the switch to team if we are both only using Photoshop?

    Hi ,
Team subscription can be done for only one software ( for example team for Photoshop ).
The advantage of team is that you have one charge and one invoice for all users. Also when a member of your team leave the company ,you can delete his invitation and assign it to another employee ,you can also add seats if you have additional employee without contacting adobe or changing your plan, you have more storage volume ( 100Gb ).
Here are the most important advantages but it's your decision .
    regards,

  • Does photography plan include creative cloud membership?

I am asking because i have one year photography plan going on for about half year now and now i have been thinking of getting Muse as a single app with it.
And in this video Muse users - Create and publish sites with Business Catalyst
it says that you can have 1 free hosted site in business catalyst if you got Muse and 5 more if you have Creative Cloud membership.
Could not find any info if Photographing plan is valid for such a Creative Cloud membership or not.

No, the photography plan is just that - LR + PS + some storage. Nothing more. If you want to access other tools you have to upgrade/ complement your plan at extra cost.
